Attempted to purchase a Cyclops T10 LED bulb for the company, was given tracking information that after several days wait royal mail stated still not received, contacted company only to be told sorry they had an issue finding the part but would now be shipped and new tracking number. same issue as before nothing arrived and royal mail said we have not received it, luckily I hand used PayPal so got a refund from them. UPDATE the item arrived a month after it was ordered, but it had been sent on the 10-9-25 so Royal Mail to blame for the issue weird that when it was delivered it was late at night 7pm, could not send it back even after several tries so in the end Mike at Sportouring said don't try any more.

I bought a set of bar raisers for my Tiger 1200Gt pro. Time past quickly before I put them on to go on tour. Life happens and off I set only to find out they touched the tank on a little less than full lock. To late to turn back so off i went. Gets back ( excellent tour) and gets in touch with Mike to explain the dilemma. He says he'll get back to me and sort something out.
True to his word he did. Sent me the correct raisers and paid in full for the putting right of my tank. Above and beyond Sir. Whatever I need this company will be the first place look. EXCELLENT,EXCELLENT,EXCELLENT.

A small company doing a great job. First class products and service and excellent communications. Great products and knowledge of both them and biking in general. I have been a satisfied customer for many years.

The website is one to bookmark to help remind you that Sportouring is out there - they don’t seem to get high web coverage, likely because they don’t meet a certain search engine’s highly dubious criteria. But this is a proper, real world dealer serving proper, real world motorcyclists.

Was a bit weary after reading some of the negative reviews, however, all the items that I ordered were delivered without fuss exactly as predicted.
Didn't have to phone/use customer services so can't comment on that.
Would use again.

Had a problem with a pair of motorcycle boots that split after 11 months. I had purchased them through Amazon. Contacted the supplier Sportouring, in Mid Glamorgan, who immediately arranged a replacement pair to be dispatched. Mike and Claire went above and beyond.
They may only be a small business but their customer service is fantastic and well above bigger companies.
Next time I need anything they are going to be my first visit. 5*****

I have been dealing with Mike at Sportouring and he has been brilliant, nothing was too much trouble even when we hit problems on how to fit a tomtom device to a goldwing, he was very helpful and did everything he could to help. eventually coming up with a good solution. I would HIGHLY recommend Sportouring to everbody. a fantastic company. Brilliant

Had a problem with my sena 50S. Spoke with Mike who said not to worry, he would get advice to solve problem or replace. He rang Sena Europe and America for a solution. Kept me updated and issue resolved in 2 days. Unbeatable service....Cannot recommend them enough.

Shocking service, ordered an Ultimate addons phone case on 9th August, didn't receive anything, emailed, no reply, used the website contact form, no reply.
Phoned and was told the item I ordered was lost in the mail and another would be sent.
Finally recieved today 4th September, however its not the case I ordered and therefore not compatible with the ultimate addons fixing system.
It also possibly the cheapest alternative they could find, a soft case rather than the ultimate addons hard case I ordered.
Not one phone call or email recieved at any point to advise they did not have the case I ordered and couldn't even tell me that when I phoned them, just sent a cheap replacement.
I've emailed for a full refund but I'm not holding my breath in the hope of getting it anytime soon.

The gentleman I spoke to over the phone couldn't do enough to help me and was incredibly knowledgeable in what I was looking for. Very fast delivery as well. All in all was very impressed with the service I received and will definitely be shopping again with them. 10/10.

I have used this company many times over the years and today visited again for some small items, nothing is too much trouble and you're welcomed in a way that is genuine. Anything bike related is my first port of call.
