Order for a splashback placed 8 Dec. Emailed and phoned (very hard to find a number) on 6 Jan to let them know I had moved address. This was unexpected as my elderly mother needed me to move to hers to help with her care. I thought it would be a simple thing to change delivery address as the order hadn’t been shipped but they simply don’t give customer the courtesy of a response. Have even commented on their FB page - again no answer. It’s not good enough. I appreciate we’ve had Xmas break but we are all busy and how long does it take to acknowledge an email. I am fully prepared to start a charge back procedure on my credit card if the delivery is not fulfilled and to the address they have been informed of.

They promised delivery date was 3 weeks from order date. 6 weeks have passed for me and they only responded to my email once saying that item is due to be shipped soon. Nothing was shipped or delivered and they stopped responding to any of my emails and there is no way to contact them by phone. Avoid this company and don’t be scammed.

Splashback was damaged in transit and has a chip in it. Emailed the company so many times to resolve, eventually had an email back to say they would look into it and after more emails and weeks still nothing. Shocking customer service from this company. Have paid for an item and no way to speak to them or get a refund or replacement so £200 plus spent and can't use it.

The item it's self would have been great but they can't even respond to this review. I will update if I ever hear back from them.

We placed an order on 27th October 23, received a confirmation of our order. I have emailed a number of times chasing delivery. no reply! Would certainly NOT recommend.
However! We are very pleased with the splash back now it’s fitted! Communication improvement required!

Ordered splashback and was advised delivery would be 28 th November
Still not delivered and despite many attempts to contact the company on e mail, live chat, telephone there has been no response

We sent £106 for an order but correctly advised immediately we had the dimensions in cm not mm. We immediately acknowledged our error and agreed to pay the extra £67. That was on Thursday 12th Oct but despite numerous chase ups we have had no response but they have our £106. It’s now 22.45 on the 17th and still no response, we’d like to cancel our order but no way of communicating with this outfit
Be very careful dealing with a company that has no telephone number. We will have to start proceedings to recover our payment

Was kept informed of the product and expected delivery dates, was well packaged and really looks to be the high quality I expected.

Delivery as advised, good fit and perfect colour match (a Farrow and Ball yellow).

Our splashback was a MM perfect fit, the glass is good quality and there was an impressive amount of packaging to protect it during the delivery. Very impressed.

Similar to many of the other recent reviews, this company has the worst communication I've experienced in a very long time. Dozens of emails sent chasing my splashback with no reply. Then, they had the gaul to accuse me of not confirming measurements even though I had done so weeks beforehand and chased confirmation of receipt over and over with no reply.
At least they're processing a full refund.
All they had to do was list a phone number and this would have been a lot easier. Don't trust their 'live chat', it's just an automated form, which again they did not reply to.
Going to find and support a local business instead.

ordered on 31st July... order 'in progress' from 1st August... Since then nothing. No communication. I've used the online contact form and emailed twice... nothing back... really the strangest company two thirds 5-star review one third 1-star reviews... Beginning the tedious job of getting a credit card company refund today after almost 8 weeks of nothing...

I ordered a splash back beginning of August I have emailed filled out contact form and nothing !! Have had no delivery details or despatch details nothing . Going to contact me bank today to see about getting my money back . So sad as I thought this would be an easy process wouldn’t recommend this company to any one .

I ordered a small splashback 592 x 792mm on 14th September. The website confirmed I will receive order confirmation email and link to track progress. Order ref 100033181. Luckily I took a photo of the confirmation screen or wouldn't even know that. I thought it was odd that order confirmation hadn't arrived that day - nearly a week later still nothing. I emailed yesterday asking what was going on, received an automated response linking to the website delivery policy which basically states all the problems as a result of Covid with supply, production and delivery - clearly completely out of date. I have emailed again today asking for some meaningful contact or a refund in 24hours as I now have little confidence in the abilities of this organisation. They certainly seem to set a low bar on basic admin and customer service.

Order our first Splashback during lockdown in 2020 but still arrived sooner than the one we ordered on 26:07:23.
Been 6 weeks now.
I have emailed several times for updates but just automated replies.
Unable to log into register to track order.
It states that I already have an account and when I’ve tried to log in it sends me the option to change my password and then states that it doesn’t recognise me 😡
We ordered another Splashback in August which confirmed the order but concerned now as we have no idea what’s happening with the July order.
So disappointing as did receive updates in 2020.

Seriously thinking of contacting our bank as we have no idea what is going on.
Even left my mobile number!

We were told our order would take 3 weeks as it was a bespoke size and it arrived in just under the estimated timescale. Very pleased with it, has really finished off the kitchen.

Easy to order and delivered within the time frame given. A great product made to the exact measurements given and which arrived very carefully packaged.
We are very happy with it and for us it was a very good experience.
We will be returning customers soon when we redo the kitchen of our holiday home. Thank you splashbacks UK for a hassle free experience.
