Not going to lie they were not the best at responding to emails and the time frame of delivery was not great, but when I called and spoke to Ross he could not be more helpful even helping me with getting one picture over 3 pieces of glass, the product it self is fantastic and great value for money I would deffo use them again, ordered back in September only just leaving the review as its only just been fitted due to delays my end

The courier lost my initial order, and then the courier smashed the replacement in transit. But when I went to flag this second attempt BespokeGlassProducts had already begun to make a 3rd replacement, ensuring to make it DX proof for its 3rd attempt.

The delays were very frustrating, but the company made it as smooth as they possibly could!

Safe to say the finished splashback looks great in my kitchen!

Waited around 2 months for my glass splash back, delivery company smashed it, only discovered this after chasing it myself, new one ordered and promised before Christmas, it didn't arrive, had to chase then about if as they were off until Jan 5th, eventually gave up waiting and got through asking for a refund. This was issued straight away but there was no apology, just the phone put down quite abruptly. 4 months they had the money for and i had now product at the end of it!

They attempted to deliver the first splashback I ordered outside our specified timeframe and it was broken by the courier whilst being stored. A replacement was arranged without quibble but this had several imperfections ie raised pimples and tape marking on painted surface showing through glass. I sent an email and photos to the company but have had no response.

Really disappointed with the image quality / clarity - if providing an image that is likely to get blown up for a splash then I would have expected an image with a much higher resolution to be used so it retains its clarity - the image on ours is 90% blurry and just a ‘mash’ of colours - shame as the image online looks great :(

Poor communication and quality of product, especially for a £3k+ order. No response from damage pictures sent. No urgency. Very unprofessional, avoid at all costs.

If only all services were as exceptional as Bespoke Glass Products. I had a customised very large splashback made for an Outdoor Kitchen. It is such a statement piece. I couldn't be happier. Bespoke Glass was cheaper than competitors. The quality of the splashback design is amazing and surpassed expectation. As it was a customised design I was in touch several times to confirm resolution, dimensions and screw placements. It was wonderful speaking to an individual and getting outstanding customer care. The communication was excellent. The delivery absolutely seamless and the communication, updates and tracking from the delivery company were superlative.

Fantastic company. Really helpful and the product is amazing. I purchased the well cover and delighted with everything. Don’t worry if no one answers the phone or emails immediately as they do get back you once they finish on site.

From the start of our project, in planning, to the very end, Ross was more than helpful. Advice and support were great.
Most importantly, the glass surround for my Aga recess , which arrived yesterday and was fitted today, is beyond stunning.
Having seen the concept of printed glass splash-backs when we were researching our new kitchen, I was determined that we would have an ocean scene immersively around the space. It looked as though it would be prohibitively expensive, until we found Bespoke Glass Products. The pricing was extremely good. Because we needed the picture divided into 3 pieces, I ordered by phone and email, rather than through the website. The end result surpasses my dream of how it would look. Thank you so much Ross, and all others involved.

To keep it real, the only thing I think they could do better - keeping in touch. I get that, from their point of view they, were doing what they had said in whichever our previous conversation had been. However, from my end that did sometimes feel a bit like radio- silence! (As each piece of my tryptic is outside of standard sizes, it took a bit longer than the 7-10 days stated on the website). However, when I realised this, and began to check in with a call myself, I realised all was well.
They made my dream come true, and I have no hesitation is highly recommending them. We will certainly return if we ever want another glass product in the future.

I purchased a one-piece splashback for above stove (far more practical than ceramic tiles with grouting), plus another piece to protect wood around sink, plus a chopping board. Firstly, the pieces were more than adequately packed (my previous experience with a different Company had far inferior packaging). Secondly, the product is very good, and look terrific now it's in situ. Am glad I chose the protected coating. Thirdly, I had the sort of niggle on delivery time that we all get now and then, and the intelligent and thoughtful response to this left quite an impression on the wife and I. I can happily recommend this Business.

Our glass splashback is excellent. A high quality reproduction of a photograph taken on a mobile phone. We are delighted at how well it was done. Just took a little longer than expected, but worth the wait.

I am extremely pleased with my extra large splash back. The quality is superb and because of the size it was transported on a large pallet and packed so well. I found the price very reasonable despite having extras. The only slight problem was the delay due to Christmas and New Year. I waited six weeks but it was well worth the wait. We are delighted with this product.

Very Disappointed – Avoid This Company!

We ordered a bespoke glass splashback, expecting delivery within 10 days. However, we received no communication or updates about the delivery date, despite waiting for 25 days. Frustrated, we emailed to cancel the order, but there was no response.

Shockingly, after another 20 days, we received an email stating that our order had been dispatched – by which point, our kitchen had already been completed with a different splashback bought off the shelf.

When we tried to resolve the issue over the phone, the company was unhelpful and dismissive. Now, we’re left with an unwanted splashback we can’t use. The entire experience was incredibly disappointing.

No communication, poor customer service, and zero accountability. Avoid this company at all costs!

Love my new highland cow splash back. Took slightly longer to receive. But was worth the wait. The adhesive they sent was spot in. Fixed very secure to plasterboard wall, Not able to put picture up of it , but looks great.
