Delivered on the stated day. Other suppliers offered delivery but not with a specified day.

After an initial problem with the extended warranty Jai the store manager guided me through it and sorted it. The staff at the point of collection were excellent and very helpful. All in all a great customer service experience and brilliant after sales care. Thank you. Boyd Weddell

The product arrived in perfect condition.
The delivery was in the time window stated.
I would certainly recommend this company.
Just to say the price was a bargain even with the delivery charge which was minimal.
Will certainly be looking to use in the future
Great service.

Order sat delivered sun.

Ordered Friday night late on and it was delivered Sunday just after lunch. Cracking service and fast delivery by 2 good people.

Really efficient, accurate and hassle free

Company doing a great job putting Customers first, used a few times now, service and goods of high quality.

Amazing service especially from the delivery drivers Hammad and Sabeel

Good product choice, precise information on line, very easy to order and all at a very competitive price, also with fast delivery on a date and time convenient for me, the delivery guys, Minde and Stuart P, were very efficient, helpful, polite and friendly, both an asset to the company.

Thank you Sonicdirect, I'll be back!

Good experience

They were polite understanding

Product great. Delivery on time. Installation great. Good Delivery men friendly, efficient and helpful. Thankyou

The gentleman we dealt with in the showroom, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The two lads who delivered the item, again friendly and efficient. All together a great experience.

Timely delivary as per the received email. But the delivary man did not help just to take the TV out of the box!
I needed some help as I just needed a second hand for the TV to take out of the box as I was on my own.

Very helpful when placing order, delivered the day I chose, kept informed re delivery times etc along the way 😀 and the delivery guys were fantastic, challenge we didn't expect to say the least to get it in !!!

An impressive array of different makes, models, specifications and prices All TV's are switched on and working, making your choice easy. If you need any assistance the store staff are polite, informative and knowledgeable. I wish you continued success , you deserve it

Wonderful sales people all professional and helpful I was going to purchase the item from Costco but I didn’t because I am a Yorkshire man and asked for a price match but they did much better than that and was very happy to spend my hard earned cash with sonic ! I will be back

Sandeep and Maciej were absolutely brilliant! Real professionals who made getting our fridge freezer into our house look easy which I'm sure it mustn't have been. They were really friendly and I could not recommend them enough. The fridge freezer was placed exactly where we wanted and they gave us all the information for setting it up. 10/10 service, we will definitely order from them again!
