Sandeep and Maciej were absolutely brilliant! Real professionals who made getting our fridge freezer into our house look easy which I'm sure it mustn't have been. They were really friendly and I could not recommend them enough. The fridge freezer was placed exactly where we wanted and they gave us all the information for setting it up. 10/10 service, we will definitely order from them again!

Excellent reliable service
It's great to have a company offer so many choices and have so many available in stock.My fridge freezer was ordered and delivery organised easily. The delivery men were friendly ,helpful and respectful of my home.The fitter was extremely helpful when there was a hiccup with my existing cabinet doors and went out of his way to fix everything. I'll be using Sonic Direct again.

Excellent customer service. My fridge freezer stopped working while still under warranty. I got a full refund which I used as credit against a better model. Delivered and unpacked. Special thanks ro Customer services manager Ian.
