Sonic Direct were great. Chaf was very helpful and talked me through everything I needed to know about the best way of getting my new cooker to my cottage. They also stored it for a month until my kitchen was completed. Great service at a great price

Excellent service by Sonic Direct...
Excellent service by Shafaq and the rest of the team at Sonic Direct...they gave me a bundle price that I couldn't refuse, I had initially placed my order by phone and I gave them the wrong product number for the gas hob so had the wrong one delivered as a result,. When I rang them to sort it out they exceeded my expectations by doing an exchange promptly without any fuss.
They usually charge a delivery fee but Shafaq the number one salesman waived the delivery fee too... Keep it up lads

Brilliant service
I cannot say enough of how grateful I am for the continued service received following the breakdown of my microwave.
From customer services, delivery arrangements to collect at delivery, the replacement ...to the arrival of the new one.
The delivery drivers ( who I just had to get their names ) were like a lovely double act. Communication by phone to advise of the delivery and the kindness and care, received from Sandeep and Maciej!upon delivery !
