Very friendly and professional staff.
Sonographers are experienced and knowledgeable.
The report and the images were available in 15 minutes.
Booking system is easy and efficient. Was seen on time.
Reasonably priced too.
Will be coming back. Strongly recommend.

Angela made us feel as ease and comfortable from the moment we entered the room. She was very caring and considerate and took us through everything extremely throughly. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood all the information and answered all of our questions and more. There will never be enough words to thank Victoria and Jo for everything they’ve done for us during my first trimester.

After years of infertility and the anxiety that comes with finally becoming pregnant, these scans have meant so much more than just seeing our baby. They’ve given us reassurance, hope and precious moments that I’ll remember for the rest of my life.

I’ve now had three scans with them, and every single one has been filled with kindness, compassion and genuine care. They are so warm, welcoming and easy to talk to, and they’ve always taken the time to explain everything and answer every question without ever making me feel rushed.

The care they provide goes far beyond the scan itself. They understand how emotional and overwhelming early pregnancy can be, and they make you feel truly supported every step of the way.

Every penny has been worth it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Victoria and Jo, from the bottom of my heart. I will never forget the care and reassurance you gave me during one of the most anxious periods of my life. You are both truly incredible. ❤️

Really lovely experience, Angela is extremely knowledgable and will put your mind at ease the moment you walk through the door. Highly recommend for early reassurance scans.

My husband & I have attended Somerset Early Scans (Bristol) 3 times so far. Firstly, we saw Helen for an early 7 week scan, then we saw Bea for a 10 week scan & finally returned to Bea for a detailed second trimester scan with gender at 17 weeks. We were able to purchase a cannon for the gender reveal from Spoorthy which was absolutely amazing & kept the suprise for us as well as our guests! All of the staff we have come into contact with have been lovely & highly intelligent. They have kept me calm in times of stress & spent lots of time explaining things to me - after a previous loss this has been so reassuring. We can't wait to attend again for our 4D scan! We have attended previous clinics with another pregnancy & have not had the best experience but Somerset Early Scans have been incredible.

My 12 weeks nhs scan was cancelled a couples hours before my appointment. So I booked a last minute scan and I was blown away how quickly it was booked and how kind the staff was, the lady Amie was full of knowledge and explained anything I pointed at (on the screen), she is a very positive professional lady . I will definitely be attending again.

A really welcoming atmosphere and wonderful service. We've used Somerset Early Scans a few times now and have always had a good experience. The sonographers are personable and welcoming and take the time to get you the images you want and the information you need.
