We had our HVAC and ductwork cleaned today by Breath Assured.
Matt their employee was tasked with the job. Matt performed in an excellent manner. He cleaned all ductwork very thoroughly.He left no mess behind. Chris the owner was here at the start and completion of the job. Thank you!

Breathe Assured is a super convenient, super reliable antigen Covid test company.
I am flying to Qatar tonight , and I was able to do my antigen test, with a lovely nurse on the line, who witnessed and certified my genuine test taken from home.
The nurses are calm, professional, courteous, and very nice. It [almost] makes swabbing inside your nose pleasant !

Very efficient handling of the appointment by nurse Mala who ensured appointment was conducted after issues with the first link. We appreciate the way Mala handled the situation and resolved the issues then carried out the test with empathy and professionalism

At short notice Nurse Neermala stepped in to fulfil our Zoom appointment for a monitored Covid Test each. She was very reassuring and professional and the tests were completed calmly with ease. Indeed the whole Breathe Assured service has been superb. Recommend.

Really unhappy with breathe assured service, less than two weeks until we fly and they've stopped offering the nurse supervised rapid antigen tests.

The email offered an alternative photo upload test option and they will refund £10 when the nurse supervised test is £29 (they offer this photo upload service for £14.99 anyway, and you can't use it to travel!)

So not only have they let me down last minute, they want to offer me a useless test that Ican pay an extra £4 for....?!

Wouldn't recommend the company or service.

*update* I have now received an email back from breathe assured that they will continue with my test as it was pre-booked. Pleased about this however I do feel nervous now if this changes less than 24hr before my flight I will not be able to travel as it will be too short notice to book with another provider.

Very straightforward and hassle free. Micaela, the online nurse, was very helpful and guided me through the whole process.

Absolutely shocking. I'm was due a refund on the 19th June. I'm still waiting for this as apparently they do not refund on a credit card (which they do as my parents managed to receive theirs)
Do not go with this company. They just lie all the time!

The nurse made me relaxed throughout the whole process as I got so stressed. He was efficient, friendly and thorough with clear and concise instructions. Happy to recommend this company.

On time, efficient and professional

Me and my family flew to the USA on 5th June , this meant we had to do the supervised test the day before , we were so stressed for a week before but I can honestly say this company is BRILLIANT I had to ring up a couple of times the week before the test and my concerns were dealt with really well. On the day of the test the nurse was fantastic and instead of the 2 tests we had booked because there were 5 of us she did us all at the same time and was all sorted with certificates within 20 mins.
