very low quality products

I was unable to replace my defective item with a similar product. I instead picked something else off the website. I'm shocked at just how bad the quality is on these items. I will definitely not be shopping with this company again. The support staff was very helpful.

Deceived by the customer service representative

It is unfortunate that you are unwilling to make this situation right. At this point, I have lost trust in your brand. I feel deceived by the customer service representative who recommended that specific machine as a replacement and said he would send a discount code. I expected the discount code to work to purchase the recommended device, but it did not. I will look for a brand with a stronger reputation that I can trust. I will also share my experience with others and encourage them to consider other brands.

No parts in stock…seems to be a…

No parts in stock…seems to be a constant issue. I took the hose apart, found the needed piece and picked up an O ring at my local Ace. Fixed it for $.48. Don’t need your replacement hose afterall!

Planned obsolescence, It’s unbelievable

It’s unbelievable. I had to replace the entire unit because the plastic safety button wore down to where it would not stay engaged so I couldn’t turn it on and off. Typical corporate America with planned obsolescence.

SunJoe pressure washer

I called for a warranty replacement and I waited for a new unit for two weeks and had to call back to find out that I needed to send my unit back first in the original shipping container. Well I had the unit for a year so I didn’t have a shipping container. I complained and the tech sent the new unit out so I could return the old unit and I have the old unit pack and ready to ship.

I had a warranty issue on one of the Aqua Joe products. I contacted the customer service via email. I received an immediate response. Christian Culaba handle my issue with excellent communications and resolved the issue immediately . I would not hesitate to purchase again from Aqua Joe!

Snow JOE.. OH NO !

Snow joe stopped operating on the very first use in snow in February. The brushes and commutator are burnt . Company does not list the parts . Called the company and they want me to totally disassemble to see the brush sizes. How disappointing

My product came without the dethatcher…

My product came without the dethatcher blade. When I contacted customer service, they sent me the wrong blade. When I reported this to them, they said they would take care of it and again sent me the wrong blade. This is my third time trying to get the detach blade here.

I had a defective knob and after…

I had a defective knob and after spending a long time with a customer service person I was to receive replacement knob. They arrived in a timely period only to find they weren’t the correct size. The bolts were too large and couldn’t pass through the opening on the frame. I have sent 2 emails addressing the issue and I have not received a response.

Do not buy from this company

They have refused to honor their replacement warranty. Had a pressure washer that did not last one year in service. They will claim the product is out of stock even as their website has said product available for sale.
