I ordered 2 light fittings initially which arrived in good time and then ordered another which also arrived promptly. Unfortunately the third was too small. I contacted the company who instantly responded and gave me instructions how to return it to them. I am now waiting for a refund which they have pledged to do. Thank you to Smartgadgets4you

Product appears to be made well, although some instructions would have been nice.
Item was packaged well and delivered on time.
Item was of a good quality. However, there were no assembly instructions included with the item so assembly did involve a bit of guess work.

Scam company. Sent us a different item to what we ordered, so we sent it back in the original packaging, they said it was broken upon return so wouldn't refund us and claimed this is stated in their Ts and Cs even though it isn't, as I proved to them at the time. PLEASE AVOID

Please be informed that the returned item was broken also beyond repair and we have already provided the evidence.
As per the "Return & Refund" terms, it was mentioned that the damaged product is not acceptable to us and also we can't claim it from the supplier. The warranty gets void if the item is physically damaged, or water damaged.
