Don’t recommend the after sales as I…
Don’t recommend the after care as I bought a Vw golf gti performance there September 2023, for over 26k, sales staff where great and did everything possible to help, but had the wheels diamond cut, wasn’t done properly and the pitted, been waiting now for over 5 months for them to be rectified and still waiting. So don’t recommend the after care there at all. Just be cautious with this when buying a used car.

Very pleased with this garage from first contact. I travelled to the mainland to puchase a new Touareg. Sales exec. Adam Roberts efficiently sorted everything for us from the initial phone enquiry, photos, videos, price negotiation, sale and handover. Adam was an absolute gentleman and looked after us very well. His mannerism and professionalism proved he is a credit to this business. If purchasing from this garage I highly recommend Adam as your point of contact. A query after purchase was sorted immediately. I would be more than happy to return to this garage in the future if the opportunity arises.

The time taken to explain everything about my purchase was very much appreciated. I was made to feel that no question was a silly one. I felt reassured that I would be looked after not just during my purchase but with any follow up questions or needs. My purchase was 2 weeks ago and I’ve already had fantastic follow up help/check.
