The customer service operative was very good and knew what she was talking about.

I liked that it was relatively easy to update my details when I moved home. I'm not so happy that my monthly bill is nearly double my usage meaning I have a large credit building. I quite like the energy saver facility, but would appreciate the ability to alter the slots as required. As routines and plans change.

Been with Scottish power a long time and I have no complaints regarding online service. If bills are needing to change you can check what payment is available and fix it. Scottish power keep you posted with all the information about different schemes.

My email experience was satisfactory, website and phone experience not great but they sorted it out for me.... I do appreciate your phone's being busy but it kept cutting me off. Website is good if it's an every day problem not if you are trying to get something and explain why, but thanks for prompt email experience...

Very good customer service delivery; great telephone manner,friendly ad welcoming. Took control of the call and was very positive. They called me back as promised and despite the fact that my DD was being increased I did not feel disgruntled during or after the call.
