Had a home visit at last , it’s only taken them from 2022 to find out that the software on our smart meter has failed . And now we need a new meter fitting , how can it take that long to realise that the meter is not communicating with them . ?

Talking to a real person on the phone wins it I had a problem switching from EDF soo decided not to bother switching but when I got talking to one of your advisors on cancellation she was well informed and helpful that I decided to proceed with the switch.
