Everything we expected was fulfilled from boarding the plane to arriving back home. A perfect holiday with nothing to complain about.

Fantastic trip to Botswana. Organisation and pre-planning by Scott Dunn made the trip run like clockwork. Superb choice of lodges which exactly met the brief we originally set out. Wonderful game viewing on every drive.

The best travel agent/tour operator we have ever used. I had a rough idea of where we wanted to visit and potential hotel options and I had priced up a couple of trips myself but contacted Scott Dunn to see if they would be competitive on price and also take some of the 'admin' away as we would need to take multiple flights with a baby and toddler. I was put in touch with Rikki from Scott Dunn who was professional, patient, took time to understand the holiday requirements and also he worked incredibly hard to bring everything in line with the budget we had in mind. The itinerary you get prior to flying, the constant communication (should you need) post booking and the 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude really sets Scott Dunn apart. Despite travelling 28 hours with a 3 year old and 4 month old the journey was incredibly stress free and I probably owe a lot of that to Rikki/Scott Dunn for doing the majority of the admin and 'prep' for us!

So unimpressed with Scott Dunn’s customer service, or lack of.
I decided not to proceed with a quotation as Kenwood travel offered a far better price for the exact same holiday. Scott Dunn’s response: “we always aim to be competitive in terms of pricing however if the cheapest option is all you are after Scott Dunn may not be the right option for you”.

Trip of a lifetime to Morocco!

We worked with Rachael Mendizabal at Scott Dunn to plan our 2 week trip to Morocco. She truly understood the type of trip we were looking for and all of our accommodations and activities exceeded expectations. We had a nice balance of guided tours and time to wander on our own.

Our guide Al- Hadi was outstanding both in terms of logistics, sensitivity , commitment and superlative insights in all areas during visits to Valley of Kings, Queens, Luxor Temple , Abu Simbel and Karnak.

I booked this trip through Scott Dunn as an add-on to a Scott Dunn tiger safari in India in March 2020. We had to leave India a few days early due to the Covid shutdown, so I rebooked the Bhutan portion and added a visit to Nepal as well. Because Bhutan remained closed to tourists until September 2022, Scott Dunn patiently rebooked this trip a handful of times. When it was finally a go for March 2023, my passport got stuck in the renewal process, but Scott Dunn’s Bhutanese ground crew were able to get my visa in record time once I got my passport.

I landed in Kathmandu and stayed at Dwarika’s, the staff of which made my birthday memorable with a serenade and blessing. My Scott Dunn agent even sent a cake and champagne! I had a delightful and educational multi-day tour of the city with a local guide booked through Scott Dunn.

After a brief but relaxing and introspective stay at Dwarika’s Dhulikhel, I finally flew to Bhutan (tip: try to get a seat on the left side of the plane, in front of or behind the wing for a chance to see Mount Everest). For a week I traveled with a guide and driver to four different areas of Bhutan, hiking, visiting monasteries, nunneries, and dzongs (fortresses), culminating in a personally challenging hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery.

But it was as I was leaving Bhutan that Scott Dunn showed its mettle. Because I had gotten my passport so close to traveling, I had not updated my India visa. Although I was only transiting through the New Delhi Airport, the fact that my visa passport number did not match my new passport number, and I only had a digital copy of my prior passport, meant that Druk Air could not let me on the flight to Delhi or they would be fined. The local Scott Dunn team swung into action and worked with Druk Air to hold the last flight out of Paro that day to Kathmandu for me. And the Nepali Scott Dunn ground crew picked me up and booked me back in at Dwarika’s while I changed my flights home with information provided by Scott Dunn’s Singapore office. Scott Dunn made what could have been an extremely stressful event into a seemingly mild hiccup in my travel plans with support from their offices around the world.

This was my third trip with Scott Dunn and it will not be my last!

Great trip to Northern Thailand, Laos and Cambodia arranged by Hannah at Scott Dunn. Danai, our guide in Chang Mai and Sriphak our Laos guide were particularly great. Laos highlights included sailing down the Mekong, climbing the waterfalls on the Nam Ou River and the Kuang Si waterfall. Phare, the Cambodian circus was brilliant I wish we had gone more than once as the programme changes daily. All the arrangements worked seamlessly. Will certainly use Scott Dunn again if possible.

We have used Scott Dunn for 3 celebratory holidays and they do not disappoint. They take the time to discuss your requirements in order to meet your expectations and dare I say even exceed them. Highly recommended

Our three trips gave us the opportunity to experience Scott Dunn in three unique ways.
- Trip 1: They planned the most beautiful and memorable trip to Costa Rica for my partner, me and friends. They planned the whole trip and arranged every detail. It is still one of our most favorite trips that we reminisce about.
- Trip 2: My partner and I visited Kauai for our anniversary. Scott Dunn was not as involved in this trip as Costa Rica. They helped with accommodations and some activities and we planned the rest. I appreciate that Scott Dunn is never pushy and will make the trip work for their customer.
- Trip 3: This trip showed how flexible and accommodating Scott Dunn can be. My partner and I already had an organized trip planned to Israel that we applied and were selected for otherwise we would have used Scott Dunn for the whole trip. We were contemplating extending the trip to visit Jordan but was feeling 50/50 about it. Scott Dunn took time to listen and learn what we wanted. Their amazing guest services rep, Josephine, was incredibly helpful and connected us to her UK colleague who had experience with Middle East travel, Bjorn. Together, they made it possible to make a confident decision to add Jordan to our itinerary. I was worried about the logistics but Scott Dunn made it smooth and seamless and allowed us to sit back and travel with confidence. We did have one circumstance at the border going back into Israel and when we told Scott Dunn about it they took copious notes and said they’d work with the Middle East team to ensure a more seamless transition. I appreciate that they took our feedback and acted on it. Also, fun fact, Scott Dunn has a great reputation in Jordan, which was fun to learn. Overall, we are so grateful for Scott Dunn. We were apprehensive to go to Jordan but they made us feel confident, safe, and at ease.

All this to say, we highly recommend Scott Dunn for your travel needs.

Excellent seamless service from an amazing travel company. We’ve tried several top travel agencies and always had some disappointing experiences. However Scott Dunn was by far a cut above the rest. Excellent customer service, not abandoned after booking. Far from it. Every extra thought and detail was catered for. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Scott Dunn in particular Eli Hardcastle have been absolutely amazing organising our holiday. I broke my arm and could not travel and they have worked so had to move the holiday without penalties.I highly recommend booking your holiday through them.
