Great advice and sound planning meant out trip to Borneo was exactly what we wanted.

This is the second trip I have booked with Scott Dunn and Matt Gammon organised an excellent trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar for us. Everything worked extremely well and the guides and drivers were very professional. I am looking forward to booking the next trip with them.

Every single detail was taken care of down to timing of our drivers and thoughtful/ educated tour guides. We left everything including restaurant choices, excursions up to our travel support specialist and everything was spot on. She nailed exactly what we were looking for on our trip to Spain and Portugal

Fabulous trip to Kenya and Zanzibar. Two safari camps were out of this world. The game viewing was outstanding. Both camps were very bespoke and allowed us the authentic family experience we desired with all of the added luxuries too. Food was fabulous. Zanzibar was both exotic and relaxing. We had a wonderful experience with Scott Dunn, the Travel consultant in London Serena, was wonderful and worked closely with me to make sure we had the perfect holiday - a combination of daily activities for my teenage daughter and utter luxury relaxation for me. During the holiday, the representative Katja was fabulous and helped us out with so many small details making our stay so special. My daughter really enjoyed the activities too and the Crew leader Oli had a great bond with the young participants and encouraged and supported them throughout the week. We especially appreciated the fact that we knew we were being looked after as it was a first holiday abroad for the two of us together and I was extremely anxious - I needn't have worried - Scott Dunn were there for us every step of the way.

We just returned from the most extraordinary multi-family African Adventure of a lifetime to Zambia, Malawi and Uganda. The whole experience from planning through the actual adventure was exemplary. The level of service from first enquiry right through to when we returned from the holiday was better than anything we have previously experienced. I would add we had been a little sceptical about the fact that Scott Dunn had booked activities on our behalf in each of the locations we visited in Western Canada but this worked extremely well. Having an "anchor" activity booked for each location meant we had less to worry about and ensured we saw the best of each location.

I have used Scott for multiple vacations over the past several years including trips to India, Chile, Ecuador and the Galapagos and most, recently a bucket list trip to Antarctica and Patagonia. Every trip has been amazing with fantastic accommodations and seamless transfers. They listen to what your priorities are and customize everything as requested. No cookie cutter itineraries. Just authentic vacations with a touch of luxury. A particular shout out to Renata Da Silva who always goes above and beyond to ensure our holidays are perfect and hassle free. Have been trying to book a trip to Vietnam with Scott Dunn for the last 4 weeks. Terrible communication and customer service. The trip they quoted was circa 25K, it was when I asked what I was actually 'paying' for outside of the hotels and flights (which were <50% of total cost) they went quiet. Eventually I gave up emailing! Absolutely useless and complete waste of time.

Renata was excellent in arranging a fantastic trip to Brazil - a big beautiful amazing country!

Awesome Trip to Costa Rica!
Scott Dunn did a great job planning our family trip to Costa Rica. We range in age from 27 to 61, and we all enjoyed the hiking, zip lining, paddle boarding, beach yoga, and snorkeling. The resorts were truly outstanding. Renata Da Silva did such a great job working with us on this trip that we now have her planning our trip to Chile!

We had a great trip to Patagonia and Chile using Scott Dunn. Renata Da Silva did an excellent job of listening to our ideas and put together the perfect itinerary. The trip was flawless and we had a fantastic time. We've used Scott Dunn previously for vacations and I'm sure that we will again.

Scott Dunn has very experienced agents that know the locations to which they send you very well. For Peru, we worked with Renata Da Silva to help design what would work for us. We prefer more active days, more cultural experiences and less shopping. Once we finalized our agenda with Renata, every detail was then taken care of so there is no stress once the trip happens on figuring out how to get from A to B. In addition, the local operators Scott Dunn works with are excellent. I really liked every guide we had. A trip with Scott Dunn can be a bit more pricey as they tend to use much higher end hotels. We tend to prefer the smaller boutique/local hotels which they might not always know as well. We highly recommend the 4 day Inca Trail hike to Machu Picchu and Renata knew this was our main focus but then organized really interesting days before and after. We also went to the less visited Chachapoyas in the North. Renata hadn’t sent as many people there, but really put together a differentiated itinerary. Great trip

The people who hosted or accompanied me, -the guides, hotel representatives, drivers, restaurant hosts-, all were diligent and respectful during my stay. Thank you for this beautiful experience.

Great communication! The accommodations are always exactly as described. The folks that meet us at airports, hotels, boat docks, lodges, etc…are always on time, knowledgeable, and above all kind and understanding! We feel safe going to unusual corners of the world with Scott Dunn! Can’t say enough, love these folks!
