Very good planning by our travel consultant, Ying, of our recent trip to Vietnam. Good partnership with local agency who provided us with very good local guides.

A Family trip to Namibia was a fabulous introduction to this amazing Country

I was also not worthy of a call back. We have a healthy budget and are looking for the luxury end of the market, which seems to be what your company offer. I knew from the tone of the person on the phone that the 'Europe' team would not be calling back this afternoon. I can only assume you have so much business

I was not worthy! I contacted this company for a 4 day Lapland trip. Unless my budget exceeded their expectations then I was not worthy of calling them. It was made clear that they only deal with personalised trips which I know is not the case as we have had family use them. The whole approach was incredibly snooty and made me feel inadequate for calling them. Too much competition I am afraid.

Our trip to Costa Rica could not have been better. Julie our travel advisor put us in the best resorts and the accommodations were fantastic. The day trips were filled with excitement and the memories will last forever. I will never use any other company for travel.

We had a great holiday, the planner worked really well with us around requirements, options etc.
We stayed in three locations, all great choices.
While on holiday all the value add around transportation etc was great.

I would have never considered a trip to Baja had it not been recommended heavily by your team. Once there what made it great was the guide Pahoran who was passionate about the area and amazingly knowledgeable.

The hotel recommended and chosen was spot on. It was exactly what we were looking for. We felt at home the moment we arrived and the suite was simply incredible. It was so spacious, with an amazing view of the harbour and a large wrap-around balcony. Our favourite restaurant was MayaBay located underneath the hotel - such a great recommendation! All of the team at Scott Dunn were a delight to deal with. They were incredibly patient with all of demands and many questions. We can't wait to travel with Scott Dunn again. We've already booked our next trip!

This was to be the holiday of a lifetime and thanks to Scott Dunn it was! Their staff totally understood my requirements and tailor made a perfect trip to meet them and the budget set. The hotels picked were superb and the local tour company and guides looked after us so well. I have no hesitation in recommending Scott Dunn and hope to use them again in the future.

Scott Dunn are great. After the Morocco earthquake they sprung into action and reconfigured the holiday to work well.

An exceptional holiday for our family to South Africa and Mauritius. Tom Turner at Scott Dunn helped us put together an amazing trip, with some special additions that really made it exceptional - and it delivered (and then some) beating everyone’s expectations. The Safari was outstanding and then catching up on our sleep in Mauritius was a very relaxing week.

The first time I have used Scott Dunn and it won’t be the last. This is the most professional travel service I have ever encountered - everything (from the advice on where to go, to the organisation of hotels and excursions to the actual people meeting us at each destination) was superb. All of your documents are saved to an app for easy reference while away. These people would also be my first choice for anyone contemplating a holiday in an unusual or challenging location, or wanting specialised excursions.

This is a very un-trustworthy agency: they will knowingly or unknowingly rip you off
This is a very un-trustworthy agency. We had circa £3k on account with them from a ‘pandemic’ cancelled trip in 2020 that they would not refund and would only allow us to use the funds for a booking through them.

We ultimately booked a hotel in Porto with the funds. The hotel rooms cost around £2200 (2rooms @£280/night for 4-nights) on every online website (incl. the hotels). As a captive customer SD tried to charge of £4K and tried to justify this by including transfers at over £100 each way and breakfast.

After numerous emails / complaints they matched the prices and we had to exclude transfers and breakfast.

We arranged transfers with the hotel at around £25 each way to the airport and paid for breakfast directly at the hourly at approx. £17 each.

Had we not check this booking thoroughly SD would have happily either knowingly ripped us off or unknowing allow us to pay extortionate prices - either way we will not trust this agency again.

Chiawa Camp was outstanding - Truly Top notch. Volcanoes lodge in Bwindi mind blowing experience's trekking to Gorillas. Kaya Mawa in Malawi was beyond expectations.

My wife and I booked our honeymoon to Peru with Scott Dunn Travel. One employee in particular, Renata Da Silva, meticulously planned our trip and ensured that everything went off without a hitch. Everyone who works for the company exhibited exceptional professionalism and care during the planning process. The lodging suggestions were incredible, and we were guided through Peru so nicely by Scott Dunn. On those scores alone, we would recommend Scott Dunn to anyone, for any travel need. But Scott Dunn went above and beyond, at every turn, to make sure that our honeymoon felt truly special to us. They communicated with every hotel we stayed at to leave a special note/treat. We could not be more grateful for the attention to small details that Scott Dunn Travel seemed to care so much about. Travel with them!

Great attention to individual plans and great locations

Great hotel. The staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. Very knowledgeable agent, Jon, helped us plan a great holiday. Well planned holiday with lots of information about potential restaurants and sightseeing opportunities. The guides and driver were excellent. We were just able to enjoy the trip knowing we were in safe hands.

From beginning to end our travel agent was great. He listened to what we wanted, gave us good ideas and made sure we had all the information we needed to have a great trip.
