Scott Dunn elevate the travel experience to such an extent that we book all our trips with them. They take time to understand our preferences, curate the holidays appropriately and use superior on the ground local guides. As a consequence the trips are packed full of wonderful experiences and memories.

Scott Dunn are my go to travel company. They excel at knowing just what will suit my families requirements. They have extensive knowledge of all their resorts and hotels. I value the personal touch and being able to have our bespoke holidays organised to the finest detail.

WOW !! A perfect honeymoon
We contacted Hannah at Scott Dunn to help us arrange our honeymoon at short notice to Sri Lanka. From when we arrived in Sri Lanka we were taken care of by our amazing guide, he was very very knowledgeable, helpful and looked after us like we were superstars. All of our hotels were perfect and we were given 5* treatment all of the way !!!

We will definitely use Scott Dunn in the future for our next holiday..

Scott Dunn touts that they are experts in their destinations, but this is far from the truth. After inquiring about a trip to Japan and speaking with their agent for over 20 minutes, it was clear that they didn't know any more than the 3 main cities. He knew nothing about the areas outside of Osaka, Kyoto, or Osaka, and even with Osaka, I knew more than he did after just watching some youtube videos. Looking into it - the agents are all young and been in the industry for only months. Not experts at all.

Our 8th time booking our annual ski trip with Scott Dunn and we wouldn’t do it any other way. The attention to detail is perfect. Everything is taken care of, making it all completely stress free.
All the travel specialists are so friendly and professional making sure they meet any requirements. All the personal touches on arrival make the whole experience so enjoyable.

We loved Niyama, beautiful resort, family beach villa was perfect for our family and very spacious. Kids club, food and activities such as SUP yoga and surfing were very fun. Our thakuru Aly was amazing. We loved the sea plane and eveything went so smoothly.

As with our previous Scott Dunn trips, the Cambodia trip was very planned, with a great mix of excursions and relaxation. The hotels chosen were fantastic. There was a bit of a miscommunication snafu with a delayed flight, and some smaller niggles, but nothing huge.

Our advisor made suggestions that we hadn’t thought of even though we had looked in depth at the resort website. Her understanding of the choices at the resort was very comprehensive and we really appreciated the package she put together for us. It ticked all our requirements and more.
Her advice to book our evening meals in advance was excellent and this was all done for us. The “warning”that the last few days of our holiday was in half term was also much appreciated.

I called and had a lengthy conversation with a young woman, who assured me that she'd send some quotations the following day. I received the courtesy email to share contact details the same afternoon and I never heard back! (Despite me emailing for an update) Really poor communication & customer service. I won't be using Scott Dunn again.

We really enjoyed out experience with Jade. She created an easy to follow itinerary and made she we had everything we needed to prepare. The trip itself was one of a kind, and memorable. We were very happy to work with Scott Dunn and will use them again in the future

An amazing travel agency that is worth entrusting with special event holidays. They helped me put together an unbelievable trip in the Maldives. We then had to make last minute rearrangements, which Bobbie at Scott Dunn did with great empathy and speed to ensure we could still get away.

The staff is outstanding - very well trained and very happy.

The villa was stunning.

The only problem was the high steps into the shuttle vans. They need to carry a little stool to help people in or out of the van.

We booked a trip to South America and Antarctic with Scott Dunn and could not be more pleased with the experience. The trip was seamless.

Our hosted trip to Antarctica was equally enjoyable. The Scott Dunn hosts were very engaging and attentive to the needs of the group. We developed a bond with the host and our travel group, which made the Antarctica trip a lasting memory.

SD (Hannah) listened to our very specific requirements to put together the perfect Sri Lanka stress free experience. The local agent was superb - Prabath our driver was careful, thoughtful and flexible

We knew we wanted to go to the Caribbean but we didn’t know where exactly or to what resort. Enter Lucy, the amazing consultant from Scott Dunn. Lucy spent an hour interviewing us, asking questions about our likes and expectations and suggested the amazing concept of going to two islands and two fabulous but very different resorts. Everything was handled for us, bookings, transfers, restaurant recommendations, even flights between the islands. Both Coral Reef in Barbados and Sugar Beach in Saint Lucia were amazing. Accommodations were incredible, staff at both resorts were friendly and available for anything you needed. The two were also very different so that we felt like we were on two different vacations,

Great skiing holiday in Madonna di Campiglio (Italy) arranged by Scott Dunn. Stayed at Hotel Chalet del Sogno. Location was great, as very short walk to Spinale gondola / lift ticket office at the base. Also, only short walk to village centre. Hotel staff, restaurant (both breakfast and dinner) were great and very high standard. Would definitely visit again.

Scott Dunn has provided excellent service in creating a holiday itinerary perfectly tailored to our requirements. They were extremely responsive to any requests or queries, proactive in contacting us when required, and work with superb local partners in all locations. The Scott Dunn staff are very personable and clearly very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend the company for anybody looking for an amazing holiday experience.

This was my second trip with Scott Dunn and it was absolutely amazing.
From the moment we arrived in Finland it was a magical experience . The accommodation and activities were out of this world.
From lying in bed and looking at the Northern Lights through our glass roof to horse riding through the snowy forest made this an unforgettable holiday.

Livia Angelini, our Scott Dunn representative did a spectacular job of planning the perfect Portugal itinerary for us. She did everything from selecting the perfect dates for our trip to ensuring that every stop on our trip was perfectly arranged. There was not a single hiccup during the entire 10 day tour. Lisbon was spectacular, ans was Porto annd the Duoro Valley. Every guide Livia lined up for us was not only professional and knowledgeable, but truly friendly and engaging. They made us feel like members of their families while we were with them!
Livia arranged special after hours tours for us at the most popular attractions and museums. She even made sure that the restaurants we visited were aware of my food allergy. We can’t recommend Livia Angelini highly enough. She is so well traveled and her enthusiasm for the countries we want to visit in Europe makes her stand out among all the travel planners we have ever used. She’s a gem!

I can not fault the Service we received from Scott Dunn. From specifying my requirements from my initial enquiry to the entire experience was exceptional!! The personal service we received from the agent, again, was superb!! I would definitely recommend Scott Dunn to everyone I know if they are looking to book a bespoke holiday!
