I finally got a part that is in a finish that I desired. Over seas shipping is very expensive. I hope that Saberforge would one day provide a cheaper overseas shipping option if possible.

Will certainly shop here to make a custom Lightsaber hilt again.

I would love to see the virtual builder come back as it really helped visualise the ASP parts together. Certainly a unique experience.

Great box, fast delivery

Finally landed a scratch and dent box. What a cool experience to open it with friends and make some sabers! My only recommendation is mix the parts more to ensure more completed sabers.

When I went to the show room, the sales person was very helpful and more than willing to answer my questions.

Being able to ask questions and see the sabers in person, made ordering online super easy. I was able to make decision that I couldn't do just by looking at pictures online.

I thought the leather wrap would be longer. It would be nice to choose the length yourself in inches rather than going off a picture of it on a lightsaber.

Saberforge make some truly Beautiful and truly unique blades. I have found the service and support people to be knowledgeable in their products and quick with their responses. I live over in Australia and so was cautious getting something from overseas (sometimes the buyer beware is truly with overseas purchases)… but Saberforge support put my mind at rest keeping me involved in the time frames involved with my purchases.

Sure; there is a bit of a time delay with getting my blades to me but l have no issue waiting for quality and as said; these blades are definitely worth the wait.

It made for an awesome gift! Loved the smooth-swing and great sound fonts. I ordered through their Etsy shop and it arrived within 1 week. The hilt and blade were sturdier than imagined and overall very pleased with it! Definitely recommend.

Although I warranty issue with my Saber, the problem was addressed quickly and my Saber was repaired.
The saber is of very high quality and "a fine addition to my collection."

This was my first time buying a lightsaber from SaberForge. I’d looked at reviews saying that it came broken or it took 8 months or just had terrible customer service. However when I ordered a lightsaber I got 10/10 perfect customer service. The staff contacted me about my order to work out a few details regarding my order and once I emailed them back it only took a few days to get a reply say that my order had resumed. Also when it came to shipping time it was only 2-3 weeks more than the estimated time. When I got the order, the box it came in was in great condition and the lightsaber only had one loose screw.

Had electrical failure with a lightsaber. Promised 2-4 week lead time on repair. 6.5 weeks later I still know nothing about the repair progress. I sent SaberForge a request for info 3 days ago, and they haven't responded. Where is my $500 lightsaber?

The Saber itself is amazing. I only purchased an empty hilt so it was sent out super fast and I received it without any issues.

Got this for a birthday present for the boy. He LOVES it. Did a fair bit of addins, super impressed with the weathering and the powder coating. Purchased the 37in blade with the Xiohos hilt, too long, ordering a shorter blade in hopes that it may balance better. It may be a nice feature during the process to have suggested lengths per hilt? Other than that bravo; I’ll be buying another for myself soon.

Shipping was quicker than expected and the saber itself was definitely built with quality in mind. It looks amazing and has a good heft to it. The saber can take a beating and is everything you ask of it! Highly recommend it.
