Shipped quickly and everything was perfect as described and designed

Everything was great only disappointment was I thought the sleeve was for the blade not the hilt. So that was a bummer. But besides that you guys rock I love my light saber. And the case for the hilt is very nice quality

I have a $500 piece of junk and can’t get any response from saberforge. It stopped working two hours after it came out of the box on Christmas Day and I’ve been contacting them ever since with no response other than from the social media manager who said they can’t help. Time to dispute the credit card charges.

I ordered a large weathered bag for one of my lightsaber hilts and it came really quickly. As always, excellent quality.

The customization with the soundboard alone is fantastic, knowing I could order any new part and change the flair of my current saber; or build a new one entirely is very exciting!

I had heard that the delivery would be weeks to months long, however I received my product within 3 business days, it was a very pleasant experience!

Ordered a lightsaber for my son’s 15th birthday back in June. Estimated delivery time was 12-15 weeks for production. Received email reply that his selected blade length was defective and would ship out shorter blade with saber and ship out the selected blade length when it was shipped and passed inspection. Received saber shortly before end of September. My son was disappointed with the quality of sound and lighting along with the blade was loose. So I requested to have it sent back and refunded. Only email is acceptable for communication which takes up to 4-7 days to respond back to me. Finally got response back that we wouldn’t receive refund due to it was shipped out in the time frame of the production time stated. So sent it back with approval to exchange it for a different saber. They received it on October 31. Now December almost January and still haven’t received it. Just barley been shipped. Due to differences in price I was told by email that I would receive refund for difference. Still haven’t received that refund yet. If you’re looking to get a saber then shop with a company that stands behind 100% customer service along with better communication. Seriously disappointed with this company. If upon arrival the next saber is lacking in quality like the first one I will have to report to BBB along with my lawyers request to have been returned my full amount and the junk sent back. SMH!

Came in about 5 weeks, and the product is absolutely amazing so far.

Great customer service shipping came as soon as they said it would and the saber is very high quality will be buying from here again.

There were no instructions in the box and the toolkit was missing. Otherwise great construction and quality.

Expected the quality to be good but it exceeded that. Couldnt be more happy with it, very pleased with how quick it came aswel as people online were saying 6-8 weeks for UK however, it took less then a month! Will definitely be buying another!

Couldn’t be happier with this whole experience. Ordered 11/20 and received the saber on 12/12. Everything works perfectly, and looks amazing. The only observation is that their cree “lime” is greener than luxeon lime leds I’m familiar with. A couple pink colors disks fixed that, though. Overall, 10/10 on the order. We’ll have to see how it holds up sparring, but looks great so far!
