The lightsaber came out exactly how I had planned it.

The shipping time is definitely better, Great job guys! The quality of the saber is also fantastic. I've put it through the ringer and it holds up well.

Great saber, good delivery timing, needs a .exe program for changing settings by computer.

Very cool chassis design and loving how SaberForge is providing LGT Proffie boards and neopixel builds. However, this one blocks the microSD card, making it impossible to remove since components on the board lock it in. Other than that, great purchase for those looking to convert empty hilts and stunt builds into neopixel!

The saber is great except the blade came damaged and I tried contacting you guys but I got no response.

Amazing products, I have bought tons of parts and savers from them and even sent one in for an upgrade. I am even not critical about the time it takes to get an order assembled to ship. My one and only complaint is the actual shipping. After sending an upgrade I know how much it costs and how fast it can go. If you want more money then ask for it but don’t try to scam me on shipping. For 4 dollars less I sent a saber to them on Friday that was there Monday. When it was returned to me it left their possession Thursday and showed up the following Thursday. After waiting months for your order to be built and ready to ship it’s hard to be patient for the slowest shipping possible and a pretty high price.

I definately recommend SaberForge, this was my very first saber, and the quality,feel and the golden harvest is a must for every StarWars fan out there ! The endless possibilies with customization of the golden harvest and the literally unlimited custom sound fonts is just mindblowing !

The quality was great for everything. However, when I bought the Initiate Lightsaber (the one with no blade), it would be great to tell buyers on your website that it won't come with the switch/activation card even though you did specify there will be no electronics. Also, it would be great if the Initiate version came with the activation card/plate instead of paying extra for it. Overall, I am satisfied with the products I ordered.

Its an amazing saber, the customer service got back to me every step of the way with every question I had in building it. I absolutely have a blast using it. It's definitely simple process and something I'll be using again in the future

Product arrived not working. Had to return after waiting since jan order. Hopefully can be fixed and sent back soon. Also- initial response from customer service that it’s 4 days each email to reply, and that they get hundreds of inquiries a day…falls a bit short on the customer experience. Especially when u drop 500-600 on a saber. I work at a fortune 10 company, no way that would fly as an acceptable response. Once we got past that initial exchange service was fine.

1st thing -- our Saber is cool as Sh&^^&T!!!!!
We love all the features and how durable we think it is and have never had the chance to see one that cool. We can't stop smiling and swinging it around.
We did have a hiccup with our order -- Saberforge accidently sent us the wrong saber and we have to go through the returning process to be complete before we got out actual saber, but we were gifted 2 of the Hunter's Ingots as a thanks for being patient and we are tickled with them.

I know there are a ton of leagues now For light sword Martial Arts. I train with Saberation in Norfolk Va. I competitively use the weight of saber forge hilt and neo pixel blade to give me the edge while also looking unique to my personality and play style. Would highly recommend for any nerds like myself getting into the martial arts that also love cosplay🤷🏾‍♂️
