The process from enquiry through to assessment stages was conducted in a professional swift and friendly manner by all RVA personnel involved. Alas, the outcome of the survey meant that no claim for rates reduction could be made, as clearly outlined in a brief report.

Once they had won the case for us, they then guided us on how to get the refund for our business and even patiently waited until we received the refund for their payment, unlike other companies who pester for payment the instant they win the case or sometimes before they even started!

The surveyor Leah attended & gave an honest view about what she found. I have seen bad press about RVA but I found that everything went smoothly. RVA just need to move on from past reviews but I had no issue.

Although there was no money to be saved by our company in the process. The team dealt with it professionally and in a timely manner. All our questions were answered and we were given tips and what could potentially save us money in the future should our circumstances change.

Since covid many businesses seem to lack the ability to deal with others. RVA dealt with us exactly how I would hope to be dealt with. Spot on.

The person making the initial contact was very helpful and not at all pushy so I agreed. The person who called out explained fully what would happen & gave me clear details.
