RVA Amazing!
RVA were so easy to deal, appointment made came to site and discussed my concerns. Site inspection was carried out and full measurements taken. Signed a form to allow them to deal with my local council. Next thing I have reduced rates. Such an easy and simple process to go through.

A few weeks ago we decided to allow RVA…
A few weeks ago we decided to allow RVA to deal with Kingston area rates department on our behalf. A polite and knowledgeable sales person visited us to get the paperwork signed and reduced RVA commission as well for the job. There are genuinely no hidden charges if the job is not done. The surveyer visited us in time as per appointment. I had a feeling that the company can be trusted and they do exactly what they say in client's interest. I will use them again if they think they could get our commercial rates reduced in future.
