Rother Valley Optics Bewertungen

On Friday April 7th, my solar filter cracked whilst in facing the Sun. Initially I rang to speak with someone about this, but no one was available - this is likely due to the fact that it was Good Friday, and late afternoon.

I later left an email explaining the issue, and asking if anything could be done about it. The next day I received a response apologising, and asking for a photo of the damaged solar filter - to which I was happy to provide.

Later after enquiring about an update, I was informed that the manufacturer of the solar filter was going to replace the broken one. Within the same day, Rother Valley Optics sent out the replacement Solar filter, which arrived a couple of days later.

I couldn't be more happy with this outcome.

I have purchased from Rother Valley Optics before, and will most certainly purchase from them again.

Thank you so much!

Pleases with the purchase the focuser simplifies the process and ensures the stars are nice and sharp. Great service from Rother Valley Optics delivered quickly and well packaged.

What's not to like.

The initial stock check emails were answered almost immediately.
After only part of the order was delivered, I was concerened that the remaining item had been lost in transit, a quick call to RVO and was relieved to hear that a second courier had been used.
Due to the heavy handed nature of couriers, the telescope was badly out of collimation, after several failed attempts I phoned RVO asking if they could fix it, after a quick 2 hour drive my scope was back in working order.
I cannot praise the members of RVO enough.

the scope i purchased was not available for a few months, after registering my interest they kept me fully updated even honouring the old price knowing the new stock would be priced higher, delivery was extremely quick and all was as promised, needed a few extra bits and bobs and although elsewhere was priced slight lower then ROV i still purchased from them due to the excellent experience i had with the big purchase. if you make an enquiry via online contact page you will get answer within 24 hours usually from the excellent Adam. would have no hesitation in recommending this excellent retailer.

Great customer service.
Parcel arrived on time and packed very safely.
Very impressed. Thank you.

Very happy with my purchase from Rother Valley Optics , my telescope arrived very quick I was very extremely happy they used DPD for delivering my item as you get a date and time slot for delivery. Very quick to reply back about my enquiry ordering extra bits, gps and finder scope which was well packed and everything I received was in perfect condition. I was very happy I went for the telescope deal which I think is good value for money . I haven't really tried the telescope properly yet as the weather hasn't been great ,but the telescope collimation on the telescope is 100% spot and gps is great, just wanting for better weather to totally get the best out of the telescope. I would very happly shop with Rother Vally again . They do have loads of telescopes and accessories in stock and other items so defiantly worth checking them out . You got one very happy customer 😊😊😊😊😊😊I would highly recommend

Nice folks to deal with. Give good sensible advice. They do not use pressure tactics to make you buy something, and went the extra mile to get the instrument to me faster than expected.

Very straightforward transaction and delivery was on time. Fantastic service and happy to support local business too. Thank you RVO!

I ordered the Skywatcher 707 for my boyfriends birthday. It didn't arrive on time due to a courier error. Rother Valley Optics were so helpful and sent out a second one asap. The telescope is proving to be great for my boyfriend and I who are beginner stargazers.

Very happy with the products and the rapid delivery service. Highly recommended!

Nice kit, quick delivery, all good.

I've ordered a few bits of gear now and they never fail to impress. It's great to be able to pick up the phone for advice - so rare these days. The advice is really great too - not just trying to sell you the most expensive gear! Thoroughly recommended!
