Rother Valley Optics Bewertungen

RVO provided a fantastic service throughout ordering and delivering my order. They kept me updated on items that were also due to come into stock too. The telescope I ordered was delivered with great packaging and care. I can highly recommend them for all of your Astro gear.

Good price, quick delivery

Very helpful, even for the smallest of questions, When buying from them the process is simply and they keep you up to date, of your purchase's progress.
My only negative is that if you buy something small like a filter, the cost of postage is £20 to the north east of Scotland when the item could have been sent by royal mail large letter for a few pounds. But it just means I have to save an order to be more than £100 before sending the order to make it worthwhile. They would have gotten five stars if it wasn't for the postage.

Very helpful and informative staff. Updated me
on the progress of my purchase and offered any
future assistance should it be required. A very
professional company and I am satisfied all round.

Great selection of products, prompt service and great website.

The order was fulfilled correctly and very quickly.

When out of there way to correct my mistskes

Excellent service and a competitive price.

real easy to deal with, I had a phone call from them as 1 item was out of stock but they ask me if i would have an alternate part? They fill my order and was in the post next day. I shall be dealing with them again and would highly recommend.

Excellent service and prices that are highly competitive, My order arrived promptly. A highly recommended company for all your stargazing and astrophotography needs.

Thank you

Really great communication about what they have in stock a not in stock. So purchasing is so much easier. Very fast delivery to me in Devon.. thanks very much..

Best speciality place for all your telescope needs, and other optical wares.
Many telescopes to choose from and very informative.
Very good prices from beginners to advanced users.
Will shop here again.

I visited the shop and was given a good deal of time and clear advice. My order arrived very quickly. I rang to ask some basic, beginner’s questions and was given further valuable help.

Brilliant Company!
Delivery of goods are light speed!
They match any other price!
I had a fault with the dreaded "oil leak" problem on an ASI 2600MM - just under 12 months old.
NOT RVO,s fault!
They have a 2 year warranty anyway!
They picked up the camera free of charge, sent it back to ZWO for repair, and I recieved the imager back 3 weeks later, from China remember!! - to my home free of postage.
Adam - who I supect is the main Guy there? , was brilliant.
Every email and question was replied to.
Thanks Adam and RVO.
