I wasn't sure about Rep Fitness due to never having heard about them prior to price comparing equipment online for my gym. After ordering, customer service contacted me directly with alternative solutions to fix an out-of-stock item I was trying to have shipped immediately. Their solution was incredibly helpful and I'm super thankful they went out of their way to make me happy and get me what I was looking for asap.

These are the only KBs we use at Urban Athlete in Chicago

I purchased a bar and some bumper plates and an awesome medicine ball for a great price with local pick up. The owners were friendly and very helpful every step of the way. I look forward to have them outfit my crossfit box that's in the works.I would and will purchase more equipment from these guys any day.

The bumper plates that we ordered were exactly as represented. Our power lifters are very pleased with them.

They paid the freight and got the equipment to us in a timely fashion. As compared to a competitor I ordered from recently that charged significant amount for freight and then didn't deliver for 4 days after they were supposed to deliver.

I will order from Rep again.

I looked at too many, read the reviews, and talked to several people, and i kept coming back to Rep Fitness.

They answered all my questions and gave me the reassurance that if something went wrong, they would make it right.

The price could not be beat, the customer service was outstanding and the weights came in only three days.

I was working out in in no time. You will be happy that you bought your weights from Rep Fitness.

Thanks

Every time I order something through REP, the service is outstanding and the quality and the price can't be beat.

Bought 160lb weight package, and the bumpers are sturdy and work for all of my workouts.

We ordered a few of the cheaper olympic bars for our new gym along with some colored bumper plates, wall balls and some kettle bells. We could not be happier with the equipment we have received so far.......it is top quality all around! We are still waiting for the kettle bells but they are shipping from a third part so no big deal there.

We will definitely be returning for more stuff soon.......Rep Fitness are our new favorite place :)

I purchased the timer clock great product just wish it came with owners manual instead of having to go to the Web site to download it . It's just another step but all and all great product love all the extra options

I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE OUT OF AN EQUIPMENT PROVIDER. THE PRODUCT IS AWESOME! LOOKS AWESOME! THE SERVICE WHEN ORDEREING WAS GREAT! OUR MED BALLS CAME IN A MATTER OF DAYS AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING! THE PRICES WERE UNBEATABLE.
I'LL BE BACK TO PURCHASE MORE PRODUCTS REALLY SOON!!!

I bought the 160lb bumper set and excalibur bar. My wife and I have been using the equipment heavily for 4 months now and we love it. Their 10lb bumpers really stand up to a lot of abuse. I'm not sure if they still do it, but when I was buying if you liked them on facebook they would send you a coupon code. One of the co-owners personally contacted me and could not have been friendlier. I will certainly return to rep fitness when i need more plates or anything else.

Got my Muscle Driver Timer as ordered. Had to call to inquire about shipping. Received conformation email that did not contain any shipping information. Called Rep Fitness and Ryan was very helpful and he told me my clock was out for delivery that day! Got the clock. Clock was very well packaged! One sketchy thing that worries me, is when you look through the lens of the clock some of the material that covers the digital readout looks melted in areas of the number. Everything does function properly. I do expect perfection for what I paid for the clock and hope it is not an issue down the road. I was happy that my remote was black. I thought it would have been white. That's my 2 cent review

I called to ask a few questions and the seller was courteous and helpful. The purchase was shipped and arrived within the week. Thanks.

Product is everything they say and more. I believe its worth the price.

Ordered a package combo of color bumper plates with a barbell. The set of 260lb color bumper plates arrived quickly. Company was kind enough to offer a discount and pound of chalk with a replacement barbell as the item i ordered was out of stock. I am sticking with my original plan and will wait for the 15kg manganese Excalibar and spring clips to arrive. Good communication and shopping experience.

The guys at Rep are super nice, super knowledgeable, and they have great gear. I seriously hope the best for them. They are working hard at it. Their gear is solid and they have put thought into everything they have designed. I will be outfitting my gym with their gear from now on.

My 24kg kettelbell purchase was simple and smooth. It arrived in solid packaging, on time.

Whenever I am going to add equipment to my home gym I will check repfitness first before anywhere else because I know they have top notch equipment as well as great customer service.

Everything arrived on time and in great condition.

I ordered the pro series Kb's that were not painted. They were reduced price because the manufacturer did not color code them. There was a limited supply of each weight. My first order there were no issues and the delivery was pretty fast. My second order, had a little bit of an issue. The ordering screen showed the bell was in stock but in actuality they were out. I received an email explaining the situation, with an apology and a offer to substitute a different Kb. I telephoned the person who had emailed me and was quite surprised when he answered. I explained that I was looking only for the pro series bells. I asked if I could pay the difference between what I had ordered and a color coded bell of the same size. He said that would work, plus he knocked some money off the cost because of the original mix up. I would definitely order from rep fitness again and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality equipment.
