Bought a Rep Fitness bench. It arrived with a warped frame and a broken post. This despite a Rep fitness representative on Reddit claiming quality control issues were over. They have NO quality control at all and the benches they claim are their design can be found all over the internet. They lied abut that too. Also, the site King of the Gym will remove comments that show Rep fitness in a negative light. They've obviously bought their positive reviews.

I am beyond disappointed in the level of customer service. Not responding to phones calls or emails for DAYS AT A TIME is UNACCEPTABLE. I REGRET spending our money with this company and will NOT be a returning customer.
What a shame...I am hoping we eventually receive the products we paid for.

As of this writing this Rep Fitness is a shitzer show of an operation. I ordered a rack and bench. Promptly received the order. Rack had damage to the powder coat from shipping - not a huge deal. But the company rep didn't want to talk about it when I mentioned it. Bench had damage to the pad. Pretty positive from the overpack. Again, initially not a big deal. Rep told me a replacement would ship the next day... it didn't. Now we have a problem. When I did receive the replacement pad it was for the wrong model bench. I have better things to do with my time this mess with this crap. I've ordered from Rogue and Fringe Sports - spot on!

I ordered the PR-3000 Power Rack in November 2018. My order took advantage of the Black Friday sale they had so I got a great deal. Along with my order, I added several accessories, and I can say I am happy with the customer service and the product.

My only concern was the j-cups. One was defective and they promptly shipped out another. Today, I ordered their AB-3000 weight bench because I am happy with the service and quality.

If anything, the only problem I have seen is with their j-cups. The second j-cup is too tight and I will be requesting a replacement. However, since I plan on purchasing more robust sandwich j-cups, it is a minor concern.

FB-5000 Overall bench seems to be very sturdy and heavy in a good way, however, it arrived with many dings and scratches. Several down to bear metal. I took many pictures and contacted customer service who assured me that they did not think the damage was structural to which I agreed. They apologized and offered me 3 options. 1: return 2: a 20% refund 3: replacement of damaged parts. I chose option 3: replacement of damaged parts and sent them an email to let them know. They responded that they would be replacing the front foot only as it appeared to be the most damaged. I argued that the main beam running under the seat was in at least as bad of shape as the front foot. They requested additional pictures which I provided. Several days later they replied that they were replacing the frame. Today the package arrived, containing only the main beam running under the seat. Apparently they no longer felt the front foot needed to be replaced..? Very disappointed. I would not buy from this company again as the product did not arrive to my standards and Rep Fitness did a poor job making it right. PS they suggested I spray paint the bench myself as a repair. I did not purchase a product to then have to repair/paint it. I do not believe this was an unreasonable expectation.

Big regret....I should have gone Rogue Fitness.

I ordered on the Black Friday Sale. Order shipped 2 weeks after the order date. When I’d reach out to customer service it would take 1-2 days to hear back. I had to keep asking when it would ship.

Equipment quality and prices were strong. Heavy duty stuff. All made in China...another reason I should have paid a little more and gone Rogue...they had a great Black Friday sale. They charge sales tax in my state and Rep didn’t....so I saved a few hundred dollars....not worth it. I got what I paid for.

Quality is rough, much of it came with blemishes or issues. See pics.

Stainless steel bar has a few pink spots on it.

Rack has the black powder coat missing and dings and scratches.

J cups were solid but the plastic protection piece on both didn’t stick.

Shipping, processing, delivery

I emailed and called a few times, slow response. Wednesday I emailed to make sure it would ship Thursday. Response and late the next day that my order was on hold. Bad mix up and no ownership.

Paid close to a couple hundred for shipping via freight. Guy shows up hours after delivery window. Can’t get the pallet off the truck. I had to help him carry each piece into my garage. Pallet was stacked wrong with the barbells and rack on the bottom....so he couldn’t lower the pallet down off the truck. Hope the bars aren’t bent.

I contacted Rep with these concerns and the response was for me to touch up rack with Rustoleum and clean the brush with soap. Good news is they are sending new J cups to me.

Maybe my expectations were too high after being a Rogue customer, but this experience and the way the company responded is disappointing.

I bought the AB3100 bench Good product-fast shipping-great features-and a good price! GET ONE!

Excellent products at very competitive prices! Better than Rogue in quality and price!

UPDATE 4-18: They did offer $10 which covered most of the shipping, not all. I didn't accept it, it's business and they need to make money I understand. I will just be shopping at ROGUE from now on, their shipping is equal to REP Fitness however it is a much simpler process and they are more reputable. I upgraded them to 2 stars because I do like the product and they offered a partial refund of the shipping, though I know for a fact damage was not induced by shipment. For the record, I called and they told me they ship to Hawaii then I emailed for the quote and then said they didn't. Then someone else told me they would. Multiple emails from different employees. I ask about the bench but shipping was more than the product. Then I asked for jcups that's it I asked if it would fit 2x2 tubing aka steel beam with 1inch holes. It did fit after doing my own research. Anyway, Best of luck!

Like someone else mentioned, these folks are unhelpful. I called asking a question about shipping for one of their products and was given inaccurate information. Two people both told me different information. When I asked about a certain product and if it would fit my product A guy named Shane told me it will not fit. He doesn't know the product he sells because it did end up fitting. Product arrived with the paint job damaged and they blamed it on the shipping. However, there were no paint chips in the box upon arrival. If they expected this to happened simply adding bubble wrap or some cushion would've helped. But it was obviously not from the shipping but from before that. I contacted them immediately with pictures and they told me to spray paint the chipped parts. Ridiculous! I didn't expected a refund or new product, simply an apology or anything really. Even though the product is damaged I will still happily use it but to think i am paying for shipping and the product supposedly "brand new" and it arriving damaged with no care by the company is disgusting. More care should be placed on the packaging and customer service. I was disappointed with both, honestly the j-cups are great and I couldn't find it anywhere else so I had to purchase from these folks otherwise I would've gladly spent my money elsewhere. I will choose with my dollar and will not support a company that doesn't care and doesn't know their products. They get 1 star because I like the product but experience left something to be desired.

I received the W-1 folding squat rack very quickly after ordering - Free shipping - cannot beat that! The rack is amazing - exceeds my expectations in every way. I installed it a spare bedroom where space is at a premium. I needed the folding capability so that I could recover precious floor space when I was not using the rack - it turned out perfectly - and bonus, it is a very nice looking rack.

Since ordering the rack, I have placed several more orders for other items with Rep Fitness - they are the best fitness equipment company I have dealt with (and I have dealt with several). My son's makes a living as a fitness coach and I have ordered many pieces of equipment for him over the years. Rep fitness is the first place I look now for equipment.

When ordering the rack I had questions about fitting it in the space so I emailed them, they responded quickly and completely answered all my questions.

If you need a full rack that is well built (11 gauge steel) and also fold-able to open up floor space when not in use - this is the rack to get - I have been using it for many strength exercises with standard Olympic bar/weights, I also use a bamboo bar with bands and kettlebells for more therapeutic work - I am very comfortable and confident in the rack to handle all my needs. My son is also very impressed and he is extremely particular concerning fitness equipment.

I am glad they made the redesign from what is on the youtube video - the pull up bar is awesome and brings great stability to the rack.

I installed it by myself, but I would recommend doing it with a second person assisting.

I attached mine to two 2"x8"x5' planks (I bought a 10 foot plank and cut it in half) for a cost of ~ 8 bucks. I used black lag bolts to attach the planks to studs (4 studs 16" on center) and attached the rack to the plank with black lag bolts. It is solid and folds very nicely. I also took a scrap piece of oak that I had left over from another project and made two small blocks for the uprights to sit on when the rack is deployed. That way when I fold it I don't have to worry about clearance, the uprights swing with about an inch clearance above the rubber floor. I did take my time with the installation so it took me a few hours - that also includes the time to cut and sand the planks/blocks and checking the measurements carefully before attaching to the wall.

I am very happy with my Rep slam ball. I also own an Excaliber bar and bumper set and they are EVERY bit as good as advertised. You would have a hard time finding a barbell as good for hundreds more.Highly recommended.

Easy installation, chirps loud, bright screen. Unfortunately came with no instructions but can be figured out.

They have a 15% re-stocking fee on returns due to dissatisfaction with the product. If they had included the dimensions of the product I bought, I might not have been dissatisfied. Obviously, I'll read the return policies of sites I'm new to. I never would have ordered in the first place.

I stopped by to do the local pickup. One of the co-owners, Shane, greeted me right away. He was very nice, and asked me what I was looking for. He showed me where they had the equipment displayed on one side of the warehouse with price lists there. It was all of a high quality and Shane told me of the warranties on the equipment I had picked out. I had already picked out what I wanted on the website before going there. Its not really a retail store so I suggest visiting the website first. I was having a hard time finding bumper plates and kettlebells priced reasonable anywhere else, even used. Their prices were great and I really love the equipment. I will go back eventually without fail.

I do CrossFit in a home gym and was in need of some affordable, high quality wall balls. After researching a number of balls and companies, I decided to try Rep Fitness. The balls appeared to be high quality from the company's description and the customer reviews. I ordered four balls--20-lb, 14-lb, 10-lb, and 6-kb.

I am stationed overseas, and the Rep Fitness Team worked with me to get my balls delivered. When the balls arrived, I was very pleased. They are well constructed, the perfect size for doing wall ball shots, and have the same feel as the more expensive Dynamax balls. I like that the balls are different colors; it makes it easy to identify the different weights. I will definitely buy from this company again and recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality wall ball.

Product arrived very quickly. Haven't had a chance to utilize. Looking forward. Good folks.

I was looking for a set of 25lb bumper plates. They had them in stock at a very reasonable price. They also have sets for even better prices. They give you the option of free local pick up from there shop. There shop is kinda funny when you walk in but then you walk out back into the warehouse and there is all the equipment you can try out if you wanted. Really good quality stuff!

Thanks Rep Fitness for an affordable and great quality 25' nylon climbing rope! The students at my school love the color and you beat every price that I researched. No one that I found had such a great product at an elementary school budget's price. You certainly are the PE teacher's friend!

First off, these plates look and feel good. Unlike some other mid range plates, they don't have the stink and residue that reviewer mention. The plates have great color, the low bounce is good (who wants a plate that bounces to your waist??) and again, the feel of the plate is good. My only problem is that they came with a few blemishes that I fear will wear in a bad way. The blemishes appear to be friction marks(?) that could wear through quicker than other sections. Additionally there was one seam on a plate that looked like it might split over time with wear. Other than all that, the plates look amazing and I'll update this review in a couple months.

As a company, Rep was awesome. I made a call to ask about the plates and the gentleman that I talked to was super helpful and answered all my questions. Rep picking up probably half of the shipping cost of 260lbs of plates was a bonus too! Rep rocks. I will be buying more equipment for my home gym from them!

It great to have a local privately owned business that can have quality equipment at such great prices! Makes it easy to not have to shop around.
