Shocking. Do not buy their (UK) remotes, they do not work and the (UK) customer service is appalling. How did they get their 3 five (UK) star reviews on their website? I already submitted mine, clearly telling me that I had, and it is not there, just three (UK) reviews, mine (UK) not included. They (UK) actually told me that they would not be able to re-sell their faulty (UK) remote knowing as they did that it had a (UK) issue, ie, not fit for purpose. Having returned it, they decided it was my fault and it worked (it did not) but that they could not (UK) post it back to me (my property not theirs) unless I paid for the (UK) postage, complaining that they would not be able to re-sell it as it had multiple (UK) scratches (it did not) un-concerned that it did not work and that it had been returned due to a known issue, namely that it did not work. This is the way that they operate, a (UK) disgrace. Do not buy their rip off remotes which do not work and they do everything that they can to try to wriggle out of it. Doubtless they will reply to this with (UK) slander which I will not be able to reply to, so they get the last word. Be warned, their (UK) remotes do not work. After waiting circa a week for an email from their (UK) technical support team, try troubleshooting by removing batteries and re inserting them, switch TV off at the mains and then turn on again after waiting five seconds which was worth waiting every (UK) day for. Unfortunately they (UK) say, and sadly I will have to pay for the (UK) postage to have them return it to me, just in case presumably they can manage to get some (UK) polish so they can wipe it up nicely enough to re - sell it which is their main (UK) concern.

Remote arrived two days after purchase. Popped in the batteries and it worked immediately. First class service. Perfect product.

Excellent Company, the website made it easy to get the right remote for my 22yr old TV. I was on the brink of getting a new TV but as it was only the remote that was dodgy I thought I would just try one more thing and get a new remote. Amazing it turned up next day put batteries in and it works perfectly, no pairing, no set up. I would Highly recommend this Company, as I am a pensioner they made it really easy for me thank you Remotes4you.

I always purchase alternative remotes as the others are far too expensive but they do the same job. I must have bought 5 or six over the years. Keep up the good work.

Website was very easy to navigate and suggested a remote control which works perfectly. Delivery was overnight and the remote works, no "set up" required other than putting in the batteries. Very pleased with service from this company and would not hesitate to recommend.
