Yes checked with Royal Mail seen my postman to check and got delivered now !? While your order was dispatched from our facility on schedule and addressed correctly, it appears there was an unforeseen delay within the Royal Mail network.

Excellent Service
Clear, concise prompt and helpful advice. Ordered Tuesday evening and was delivered to my home (300 miles from Doncaster) on Thursday morning. Put batteries in and it worked perfectly first time. Excellent. I would certainly use "Remotes4u" again and would be happy to recommend.

Genuine remote and worked straight out of the box. Just paired it with my tv with the press of 1 button and a few seconds later all done. If I need a remote for another tv I know where to look.

Misleading information on website
Website clearly says item (JVC-RM-3250_1) is in stock. After multiple emails, they tell me it wouldn't be in for several weeks. On the plus side, they communicated openly and refunded without issue.
