Everything about this purchase was brilliant. The order arrived the next day. When the remote failed to work and I telephoned customer support I spoke with a human being who was exceptionally helpful. The upshot was that I re-ordered the correct remote for my TV, which, again, arrived the next day and I soon received a full refund for my original purchase. The communication was excellent. The products are not cheap but the service is exceptional and, with the correct remote, all works perfectly.

Received the day after I ordered - I ordered in the morning. It's a rugged, solid-feeling device and the layout makes better sense than the original LG piece of rubbish that developed faulty buttons within a year-and-a-half. The printed out menu is useful. It took me a day or two to work out the subtitle function, but it's obvious when you think about it. I'm just old and slow.

This was the second remote I have purchased from Remotes4u, this one for my wife and it was delivered directly to her very quickly.
