Terrible customer service, I placed an order within 10 mins I realised I ordered the wrong colour, I hadn't even received the confirmation email. I emailed and went on the chat to ask to amend the order, given the fact the order had NOT been dispatched. The AI obviously couldn't deal with the problem and so I now have to wait to receive the order to then return it to order the correct one. All of this could easily have been rectified with a confident customer service rep.

Warranty. Not worth the paper it's written on.
As bad as those other deplorables. jdSports & Sports.Direct.CON(fidence tricksters from whom I neither got the socks, BUT, still have my £28.72.
Lamentably. What was. Exemplary, Mountain Warehouse have, (no doubt due to outsourcing and/or offshoring, since utlizing, ZenDesk or is it, ZombiesDesk)?
Like TUI, Glasgow & Absurdistans, Dyce airports. They too, fail to deliver.

Shocking !
I made 2 purchases from Regatta but because they delayed taking the money the company missed its window.
I then received an e mail saying they wanted payment, I replied stating if they called now I’d pay over the phone.
That wasn’t good enough so they booked in a call for the 21st Oct . I explained to the operator that 2 payments were required, he said no only 1 because the other one must have been paid, ok so I paid one.
Today I received another email saying they wanted payment, again I replied saying call now and I’ll pay. In the mean time I called head office hoping I could pay then.
I couldn’t believe the automated message = Because of new working practices they no longer take phone calls ! But I could leave a message and someone would call back so I pressed option 1 as requested only to be told it wasn’t possible to leave a call back message.
How can this company carry on ? They just aren’t interested in taking money .
I expect they are either working from home or on a 4 day week lol. But what ever I will never buy anything from Regatta again.

Great boots but unfortunately I have tried every way to speak to them to return the boots as one let's in water after only been worn 5 days. Could someone in customer service please help I have messaged them numerous times. Delighted to report process in place for new boots.

Just wasted over an hour trying to place an order on their website. Entered card details twice correctly but rejected twice as incorrect. Tried again and only given choice of payment by gift card or Klarna. Tried online chat and told to clear cache and cookies and try again. Impossible to speak to human being but you can request a callback by leaving a message on 0161 866 0579. After experience so far and reading reviews here will not be bothering and will shop elsewhere. How do these people expect to sell anything???

Absolutely terrible. Just tried ordering what a joke. No customer service contact. Lost for words. Do not bother buying from this company. Should not be called regatta should rename it. Rubbish.

What started out as a straight forward ordering from regatta turned out to be a nightmare.
After order several items for some reason the site couldn't find it's own store. In trying to resolve the issue contacted them but that too was a nightmare as a repetative statement kept coming up. Not good.
Not good for orders as confusing over my order i.e. what was ordered and what was returned to which no refund to date.
Still out of pocket.
Not a good system nor site, any means of contacting customer service when something goes wrong does not exist. All automated so you get robot answers which makes no sense what so ever and the problem / problems never gets sorted.
Not happy at all seeing that I am out of pocket.

very poor quality ordered holding bag looks fine on there website but received very poor quality & on top for return have to pay £2.95 what waste of time & money

I bought a jacket that was too big but unfortunately the tag came off when I was trying it on. I contacted them to ask them could I return it and get the size down and they refused cos the tag was off. Disgraceful. The jacket is brand new and never worn. I will never buy Regatta again

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Trying to contact them is a nightmare. Never again

**Terrible Experience - No Refund, No Communication!**

I ordered a pair of trousers from Regatta, and not only did they take my money, but they cancelled the order without any explanation. It's been days, and I still haven't received a refund or any correspondence from them. No emails, no updates—just silence. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better from a company like Regatta, but this has been a complete letdown. Be careful if you're ordering online; their customer service is non-existent!

I won't be shopping with them again.

purchased online with next day delivery its not delivered on time, There is no proper communication and customer care doesn't reply.

I should have read this before purchasing. I have just advised their Customer 'Service' that they need to sort out their delivery times, change any mention of next day on their website or at the very least go with a delivery company that is reputable - I think we all know how shocking EVRI are. So, needless to say, items purchased on next day, nothing until late on the day before items due to arrive and so there wasn't any chance of anything arriving on the day it is supposed to. Fobbed off for a refund of the next day. Items now useless but I might as well keep them from the other reviews as it will be harder to return!

Do not make an online purchase if there is the slightest chance you may need to return it. Regatta use a 3rd party returns service which is impossible to use. I was sent a QR code to scan at an 'Intelligent Returns' drop off point which wasnt recognised by the machine. When I called the helpline number on the machine it went to an automated service which asks for a parcel number which appears NOWHERE in any correspondence. it is impossible to return anything

6 days after ordering an item and paying next day delivery and still. Not delivered. Customer service not been good at all

I placed an order with Regatta on 20th January.
I received an email confirming delivery 25th January but Evri didn't deliver it and i have had no update.
On contacting Regatta they don't seem in the least bit interested. They will launch an investigation but in the meantime i have to sit back and wait. What has happened to customer service? I would never place an order with them again

In the old days Regatta would help you buy their products with advice over the phone, now they say they will reply by email within 72 hours. That is if course no good for advice when buying. But even worse when you need customer service re your purchase they acknowledge receipt of your email but do NOT reply at all, I'm on my tenth day of waiting for a reply.
