Coat returned and received back by them on 14th November. Refund issued 26th November received 10th December . Not sure whose at fault because I bought the Regatta Coat which is really good quality via Debenhams.

Very poor quality sandals indeed. These would sell at a third, half max, of the SALE price on those "middle aisles" and they would last longer than these will. Really disappointing. Only saving grace is true to size and prompt delivery.

Honestly I would recommend unless your confident in what you are buying online shop in store. I've ordered a coat 3 times in 3 different sizes, had to pay delivery fees and return fees for all. The sizing is way off however the quality of material is good but the fees are criminal, I've spend over £20 for nothing. Do not shop online

Ordered 2 fleeces for fit in their 'sale'. Material was very thin and felt very cheap, but I kept one and returned the other at MY expense. Regatta received the return within 2 days, but it was another 11 days before I got my refund, and that was only after chasing them up. Not good enough! As soon as a returned item is received back into their system, you'd think that would trigger an immediate refund. I won't be buying from them again. I should have learned from past experience, where I have found all of their women's clothing to be a very odd fit ie arms too long but body too short, trousers not 'deep' enough and very narrow etc.

I ordered a coat online , realised my mistake I had ordered the wrong size. It has not been dispatched so I tried to cancel. Was told cannot do that but I can return it no problem.
Only thing is the return will be at my own expense. It cost £5.99 for delivery, how much will it be to return?. I would imagine I will be at least £12 in total out of pocket, despite contacting them before they even dispatched it. Extremely angry about this. As someone else has said I would have liked to have given them zero stars

Found a jacket I liked in shop but not in my size. Helpful staff member checked stock on line and suggested I order through web site. Order acknowledged and delivery time given but nothing arrived. Chased via their on line system and advised that item had been returned (never received) and cancelled! Follow up advised it was a stock error and they had no stock. Offered a 10% discount to place another order, negotiated up to 20% so ordered, computer said in stock, eventually told out of stock and offered 15% discount to order again! Complained and was offered “price match” and free delivery, sounded good but queried how to actually do this. Latest reply ignored all the history, no price match and discount back to 15%.
Staff do not appear to bother to read the email trail.
Each email is from a completely different person. Very frustrating company to deal with.
Their stock system can’t keep track of what they do or don’t have in stock.

I have used Regatta several times in the past and generally found it to be okay. However, today I recevied an order where I believe the items must have been incorrectly sized - they were a good two sizes bigger than marked, and far too large. I decided to contact their customer servise for their advice. However, Regatta's customer service is almost unuseable - the AI supported service goes round in circles until you want to shout at your laptop. I tried several times, and was told there were no agents available. However, I persevered and evetually got to speak to an AGENT, who was useless - the amount of delay in asnswering a query was ridiculous. After entering my query a coule of timesthey simply stopped replying. After nearly an hour of not getting anywhere I gave up and am going to return the order!

Would give 0 stars if I could.
Second time my parcel has been lost in transit. Customer service by WhatsApp next to useless. Assured 3 times that someone would chase Evri and update me and not once has someone been in contact. I have no item, no refund and no ability to speak to a human. Awful customer experience.

Beyond poor customer service item with courier since 4.9.25 with no movement - customer service what’s app working intermittently- they have had over 60 hours to chase a parcel and keep asking for 24 hours more - want to cancel the order but they won’t let me. Shame on you Regatta - I personal do not wish to wear the product and promote an unprofessional company - we are the customer help the customer rather than just keep saying you are waiting on a response from your delivery partner Evri - think very carefully before spending your money with Regatta!

Purchased 2 pairs of men’s high ton walking trousers.
Very noisy to wear. The fly zip is too short that you have to pull the trousers down.
There are zips on the pockets because if you sit down everything fall out of the pockets as they are not deep enough to keep anything in.
Don’t buy.

The company makes it incredibly difficult to return an item. There is no telephone number. I spoke online to SIM for 30 minutes who just kept repeating useless information and in the end still couldn’t help me. Appalling service. Very dissatisfied customer.

I paid for a return to be collected on the 30th January, by Evri next day 31st January, of course nobody came and I received an email saying they was no access, for the courier, Each time I contact Regatta, I keep getting emails that are not relevant, and no emails telling me when a courier will be booked. I doubt very much I will bother with this company ever again the customer service is useless, I can see why there is no telephone number

Online customer service was poor they were unhelpful and there is no customer service number which makes it harder to return stuff, the quality of both products felt cheap which was disappointing so wont be purchasing from here again.

Excellent Service and Fantastic Products

I placed an order with Regatta on Friday night, 24th January, and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived today, Monday 27th January – incredibly fast delivery. I’ve ordered from Regatta numerous times and have always been impressed with the quality of their products.

This time, I ordered some walking boots and trousers, and they look absolutely fantastic. I can’t wait to take them out on a hike. The prices, especially during the sale, are unbeatable – my walking boots were reduced from £120 to £60, an absolute bargain.

Overall, I’m thrilled with the service and value for money and will definitely be back to purchase more in the future. Highly recommend.

Trying to get a refund

Absolutely appalling service. My order has still not been delivered. Contact through customer service email has proved fruitless with promise to investigate not followed through. I have asked for a refund and was told a refund would only be processed once items were back at their warehouse. I have never received the items so how could I return them?

I'm still waiting for a refund of £20.00. I returned a jacket on Wednesday 4th December 2024. I've had no emails to say I'm issued a refund. I also have proof of return
