Lovely show price to watch monster trucks and bikes and drift cars

The monster trucks were obviously the highlight, but other things were great too, including the food and the fairground rides. The staff were very friendly too, and parking was very simple too, as there was plenty of parking on the apron at the former Manston Airport.

Not too busy so you get to have a nice spot to watch. Was a new and good experience for me:)

A great time. My son loved it. It was fantastic. The team were very, very hospitable, professional, very nice, and I recommend it for you and the family.

Very good day was full of smiles and lots to do and see!
Only thing would be it is very expensive but you assume that for rides/food and a massive lack of seating we were with children and a breastfeeding mummy who struggled to feed due to lack of seating.

It’s just an overpriced funfair with one truck going over already crushed cars.
Another charging £10 for 10min a ride. 9 places onboard so they are making a mint.
No where to sit as no chairs and on concrete.
Nothing else there….. I would like to know where all the monster trucks were.
I paid in advance £44 for two tickets which went down to £10 the day before.
I really wanted to tell everyone in the queue don’t waste your money especially the ones with kids as it was going to cost them an arm and leg just for one ride.

It was a great family hangout, as we had fun, my baby was so excited and thrilled throughout the event, worried that she might be fussy as she would miss her nap during the day but she was extremely hyperactive instead and slept off immediately we entered our car to leave the event.

Absolutely fantastic day out my boy loved it, except you do pay a lot of money and there was not any seating provided atall. You had to sit on a concrete floor or stand all day. Coming from a breastfeeding mum my back is in a lot of pain today from standing up and feeding all day and I know the people that I was with were struggling with the amount of standing, mixture of children and adults.

Dont waste your money. We booked this for my sons 5th Birthday and the event was an absolute shambles.

One monster truck which literally drove around twice and then rolled over some cars. That was it!

The stunt show was quite frankly embarrassing and everything ran late. Steve Colley's 2nd show on the Saturday at Manston Airport was delayed with no reason given so we didn't get to see him.

Hook a duck was £6 for one go. Any numbers under 10 got a scrappy toy which was worth no more than 50p.

Each fair ride was in excess of £5 per person.

This is not a motorfest/ monster truck event. Its nothing more than a shoddy travelling fair which charges you exorbitant prices to enter.

Our entire day cost us in excess of £100. Its a complete rip off and if given the chance to give it no stars we would.

I was embarrassed that we had hyped this up to my son for it to be shocking.

No seating anywhere to eat, when we attempted to picnic on the grass we were told we weren't allowed by security and Instead to sit on the weed ridden, concrete floor.

Everything looked mucky, including the fair ground rides.

Cant comment on the food as we brought our own. Thank god we did.

Save yourself the bother and money and pass on RA events. They are nothing like how advertised and promoted.

What an utter rip off and waste of a car journey.

This is held on an abandoned (?) Airfield. Poorly staffed and unclear where to go.

It was nothing more than a travelling fun fair.

1 monster truck, which was 20 minutes of q&a followed by 10 minutes of driving. Stunt bikes were meh.

Nowhere to sit at all.

There were fairground rides at £5 a go.

The food was basic and extortionate.

As a family of 4, who had spent £75 for the tickets alone, then the same again on a burger, a drink and a ride each I feel totally ripped off.

The organisers are laughing at us.

One star is honestly generous.

We attended Monster Truck Motorfest at Haydock Park Racecourse on Sunday and it was a complete waste of money. The event was advertised as a big family motor show, but in reality it felt like an expensive fairground with a few very short, repetitive displays thrown in.

The actual shows were disappointing, started late, and did not seem to follow the advertised itinerary. The performances were extremely brief and repetitive, with very little that felt genuinely “monster truck” related. It was also deafeningly loud, even with ear defenders on. My son is autistic and we could not stand anywhere near the quad bike/motorbike displays because the noise was unbearable.

The worst part was the cost once inside. After already paying for entry, everything else was charged separately at ridiculous prices. £6 for hook-a-duck for a cheap toy is just one example. It felt like a money sink from the moment we arrived.

We left early because staying would have meant spending even more money for very little value. The whole experience felt badly organised, overpriced and completely misrepresented. I would not recommend this event to anyone, especially families with children who are sensitive to noise or crowds.

Customer service is very disappointing. I’m desperately trying to get hold of them regarding confirmation for an upcoming event that I have paid for and I have messaged on all platforms and absolutely no response. They have read two of my Facebook messages and still no response
Please help!

Amazing atmosphere,great shows, cool mascots, stalls,good food what else could you ask for a perfect day out . A ride on a monster truck for a extra cost but definitely worth it for the experience . All stunts excellent. Plenty of porta loo's which was a bonus . Lots of fair rides for younger kids and afew for older (fairly expensive) but to be expected at a festival type event . See you again next year. Perfect location

Was the first time when my family and I participated to the Monster Truck and was very nice experience. We enjoy properly!

Amazing day! Monster trucks were brilliant! Opportunity to actually have a ride on one. Plenty of loos, lots of different food, free parking and friendly staff. Would definitely do it again
