Josh R. The young man who came to the house was a very amicable person. He was extremely efficient with his work and explained everything he was doing. He was friendly in conversation when he wasn’t doing something and very helpful in helping set up my phone and iPad. He told me how to do it and I have now successfully set my husband’s phone up.

Everything thing went as planned on the day .They arrived on time and installed the new broadband and router for me and explained everything I needed to know about wi fi set up.

Pleasant helpful engineer installing our hub

We had our fibre installed yesterday by Dave B from Quickline, and I just wanted to say what a great experience it was from start to finish.
Dave B was absolutely brilliant—friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly before starting the work and made sure we understood how everything would be set up. The installation itself was done efficiently and with real attention to detail, and he left everything neat and tidy afterwards.
It’s not often you come across someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about providing a good service. Dave is a real credit to Quickline, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and the company based on this experience.

As a retired service engineer manager it's always a pleasure to recognise quality work. The installation engineer Dan carried out the fitting of our new broadband with a very high degree of professionalism. His customer interfacing was excellent. He had a polite and enthusiastic manner and engaged with me and my nerdy questions with not only with answers but with demonstrations.

Well what can I say. Absolutely professional from start to finish. Arrived promptly and immediately pointed out an issue (where our WiFi location was originally) we discussed and found a new location. Extremely friendly and we managed to have a good chat learning a few things from each other about our respective industries. He’s an absolute credit to quickline and it’s reassuring to know that if anything does go wrong there are people ready to help that actually enjoy there job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
