We had fibre and Digital Voice installed by Kieran S. Amazing engineer. Very professional and efficient. He explained and went through everything with us until we were happy with his work.
Our other property was also installed with Fibre by Zack D, again very professional fully explained the process a great engineer.

Have had Quickline for over a year and are happy with the service but we still had an area the house with poor Wifi. Enquired on Wednesday regarding the mesh/node extension. The Installer came on Friday, replaced the Router and installed 2 units, which has improved the Wifi. The Installer was very polite, informative and left everything back in place as he found it. He was a credit to your Company. The Installers name is Mo Ameen.

I’ve just had Quickline installed today and honestly, I wish I’d switched sooner. Our area has been completely let down for years by Sky and BT — slow speeds, constant dropouts, and paying more for the privilege. Quickline has already made such a difference. The WiFi is fast, stable and cheaper, and it finally feels like we can use the internet normally again.

A special thank you to Tom, who did my installation. He was genuinely lovely — friendly, patient, explained everything clearly and made the whole thing feel easy. It’s rare these days to meet someone who actually takes pride in their work, but he really did. He’s a credit to the company.

The whole experience has been fast, friendly and straightforward from start to finish. It’s great to see a provider actually investing in rural areas instead of ignoring us. If you’re in a village that’s been struggling with poor broadband for years, Quickline is honestly a breath of fresh air.
