Yet again another fantastic experience with Pure Electric UK!!
I had a problem with a part on my Pure Advance plus and colleague called Etienne made sure I got the part sent out to me. An amazing member of your staff and a credit to pure electric

I brought a scooter for my son’s bday 2025 August. So far it’s been back for the same repair twice. I’ve been waiting for a few weeks now for an update and over the past week I’ve tried contacting them for an update on the scooter and I still haven’t got a reply. There is no other way that I can see then to contact this company by there web chat which states they will reply in the chat or email. But nothing. Maybe having a phone line to be able to contact them would be helpful or even replying to my message !!

I have spoken to someone from pure electric.
This is the second time I have sent this back with this fault aswell. They are now saying that i have tampered with the motor and it isn’t covered under warranty and will cost me £99 in parts without labour to fix. I asked to speak to a manger about it and the question went unanswered. Funny thing is the first repair they told me it was something to do with the motor. I’ve sent it back with the same error code and now they have the response. I wish I brought cheap one from ticktok now

Latest update with this scooter.
After repeatedly emailing the company about this issue they have not messaged me back and have just chosen to ignore my messages. There isn’t a phone number to contact them it’s all by email and webchat which they just ignore. Please any body that considers buying from them think twice

Samantha from Pure Electric was not only quick to reply but gave detailed instructions on how to solve my issue and further help was offered if I could not .. Glad to say no further help was needed …
Highly recommend the refurbs I chose A option . When it arrived which was quick it was well packaged and looked and felt like new …. I especially love the side by side folding foot flaps a much better riding experience than the side on standing position … Excellent all round thanks Pure and Samantha

Etienne was superb to deal with since he took over responsibility for my repair

After three years, I'm required to do an app update. After the update, my PURE scooter won't unlock. Absolutely awful. So, after three years, I can no longer use the scooter due to a bug in the PURE app. This is incredibly not customer-focused. No solution was offered when I contacted customer service.

Scooter is amazing ,superb quality can’t recommend enough app is clear and easy to use , powerful pulling power up hill , well packaged unbelievably quick delivery I love it going to order another for my wife.

I enjoy riding my scooter whoever considering its not even a year old, i keep getting an E3 alert-have taken it to a scooter repair shop at a cost of £100, will think twice before buying another one.

I had amazing help from a customer service person called etienne when I had issues with my scoot she answered all my questions and advised me what to do I sent my scoot of paid for repairs and had my scoot back after a few day.highly recomend

Extremely fast delivery come well packed and the scooter is perfecty well built, sturdy solid frame. I'm 14 stone and it pulls me up the hills no problem

Locked out of my sons scooter as he had forgotten the password. Spoke with Lauren online, who was fantastic and helped me resolve the issue. Thank you so much, excellent customer service. Obviously Pure are a Company with exceptional customer service values. Well done.

Don’t bother I never received my parcel as they had not included my name or full address on the parcel! There isn’t phone number so it is constant waiting for email responses which is very frustrating! I have purchased the same item from Curry’s with no issues and a similar price

recharge électrique lente, éclairage bas de gamme, information sur le display incomplète, application Android ridiculement incomplète, pas de suspension, au minimum une suspension sur la roue avant aurait été nécessaire, n'achetez surtout pas via la plateforme média Markt, des arnaqueurs, j'ai acheter une la trottinette neuve, mais dans la caisse il y avait le papier de réparation

This is an amazing electric scooter, I.m loving this solid made fab to ride Pure scooter, its got blue tooth lights and so easy to ride, Also loving the chunky tyres they glide across the road

They will fix faulty scooter a hundred times before they give you replacement.. Waste of. Time a headache to get a hold of

I had a very good experience with Dawson. It was genuinely a good service, as he helped me to get this unfindable charger in less than 24h. Someone gives him a raise. Regarding the product itself, you guys should make them all available on the website.

I have had a nightmare experience with Dpd that completely messed up on a collection and delivery.
However thanks to Nick and his team they have not only resolved the issue, but been absolutely outstanding taking the stress out of getting my product back from Dpd. Nick’s communication to me has left me reassured and confident that I will get my item back. Thank you again for all your help.
