I'm son purchased a Air 5 from pure 4 months ago the brake leaver broke in side within a week pur took it back and couldn't find a problem but halfords could after many emails they found the problem and fixed it and returned recently we noticed a split in rear tyre guard after many email s after a week some one emailed back sent in all the details photos and was told it wasn't covered because it's not structural so what they are saying it not needed why cant you speak to anyone because they get to many complaints and cant deal with it does anyone actually work there they take your money quick anoth customer service is crap please don't waste your money and managers never return emails im going to email the owner of this company as see if he answers PLEASE DONT BUY FRIM FROM PURE

Samantha was very helpful when I contacted Pure in regards to sourcing a new battery for my Pure Flux One Bike. Thanks again for your help in this regard. I have now bought a new battery and it's working like new again!

I found my charger for my scooter wasn’t working I contacted the pure electric team and Nick arranged for a replacement charger to be sent out super quick and the new charger works perfectly Nick was amazing thank you so much for helping me so quickly

I ordered this phenomenal scooter and tried it out and it was fantastic. Unfortunately the train companies in the UK do not accept Electric Scooters on the train at present (March 2026) so it defeated the purpose of having it and by obvious reasons Ihad it returned. Even the return process was fast and smooth, helped by the lovely Samantha who was there with me every step of the way. I absolutely loved the 2 small trips I did with it and if it became legal I would definitely consider getting a new one. Thanks Pure Electric

i cannot seem to track my order unless i sign up to shop which i tried but as i do not have a google account or gmail i am stuck.

very good and comfortable e-cycle. but there is a steering handle problem occurred in first few weeks from purchase.

Excellent after-sales service. I had what turned out to be a fatal issue with the connection between my Gen 1 scooter and the new App. Several attempts to fix the issue in different ways eventually led to a good solution. Very helpful people - if only there was a phone number so we could speak with them.

Placed an order and changed my mind within 1 hour after friends telling me they had their confiscated. Went on the website thinking it will be a simple cancellation but the cancellation option does not work. It brings up an error. No contact number so now I have to wait until arrives then return it.
