They give all the best broadband and ebergy options so you have time to pick what's right for you. Once you have chosen the options they are than very quick to let you know everything has gone through. They also have excellent customer service there website is stress free and simple to use.

Very very lousy, I did not give my consent and they signed me up for a contract which I did not consent or agree to ! I didnt even know what the hell they signed me up for.
Please be aware of Property Button. They are a fraud !!!

I'm amazed to see that there are any positive reviews. My new letting agent suggested using the service. Property Button have caused me hours of frustration holding on the phone. When I finally got a call back I was told that "ops had made an error" in signing me up to a utility that isn't suitible for the type of meter in the building I have moved to. They could not cancel the order over the phone and promised to call me back after ops returned from lunch. Which they did not do. I had several emails and phonecalls with a supplier who can not provide a service to my address that Property Button signed me up to in error not just once but a second time on a different tariff than the one I had initially agreed to online.
It did not occur to me that Property button would hold my bank account details and sign me up to anything they saw fit without even asking. I had told them after their first error that I had already organised alternative utilities myself.
I have just finally got a call back from them to confirm that they have removed my bank details and deleted my file, as I requested. It's taken 18 days start to finish to resolve this. It's a terrible company. I would warn people against giving bank details through Property Button. When they make a mistake they didn't know how to fix it, and repeated it again.

Great communication from start very polite and courteous and knew how to do the job by answering any question I had in relation to my utilities in detail.

I honest don't know how I moved before Property Button. They sorted out one of the most stressful things "setting up utilities" before we had even moved in. 10/10 would recommend and will certainly be using if I ever move again. Huge thank you to Padraig who was incredibly helpful and patient!
