This service saved me a lot of time when deciding who were the most appropriate and economic utility providers for me to use. Simple and efficient.

Every single step of this company sign up leaves you guessing , wondering. Didn't I select that already? Why is there a checkbox to a supplier I didn't select? Password policy is atrocious. the whole point almost seems to harvest peoples details for spam marketing.

The website is broken. I made utility selections, and the selections/products would inexplicably change by the time I got to the review screen.
Despite allowing a field for entering a second named person on utility bills, I couldn't move forward with the order, unless I reselected for a sole person on bills.
After entering my bank details, I got a loading screen, then the page refreshed. No confirmation, no message, nothing. No way to know if my order / bank details were accepted.
For an internet B2B company, having a website that doesn't work properly is a slight problem.

Very easy and quick to deal with. Answered all questions. Very easy link to get set up for first time home owners or renters

PB contacted me, recommended a tariff, I said I would like to on a different tariff, was told that was fine. Had email from electric supplier saying I was on the tariff that I didn't want! Had to chase Property Button to get it changed, which they did.
I was checking details from supplier and there was a date wrong, contacted PB they said it was my agent that had sent them the wrong date, but if I got my agent to confirm the correct date they would sort it out. Agent sent them conformation, PB replied to my agent and said that it was my agents fault so they wouldn't do anything about it.

Extremely poor service. would not recommend this company. in addition they do not use a secure web page. esp when applying and providing personal details. when asking about this. the question is avoided. Would strongly advise sourcing utilities directly to each supplier.

Avoid at best at possible, was promised a call back by agent on the same day, guess what, did not happen. They messed up our order from 02/12 and did not connect us correctly.

Appaling - they got the details wrong on all of my orders.

They gave the wrong bank details to Electric Ireland and I had to spend ages on the phone sorting it out. Electric Ireland then informed me there were much cheaper options than the one to which they had signed me up.

They also gave the wrong order to Vodafone and told the I didn't want TV when I had asked them to order it. I took the morning off work for vodafone guys to arrive - they had to leave without installing as the order was wrong.

This company are beyond incompetent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
