I informed this organisation that I would be switching own providers. But they went ahead set me up electric Ireland account making it that I had go then close it as already had account. So gave me more work to do and made my day more stressful. Do not recommend.

Awful company, avoid. So my estate agent suggested we sign up on purchase of our new house. However we ended up finding it easier to find our own electricity supplier so didn't sign up. Five months after we move, we suddenly receive a property button email saying they have moved our electricity, this despite never signing up with them and being in the house 5 months. Then we get emails from our existing supplier saying they will hsve to charge us a penalty as we are changing mid contract!!!!!! We didn't want to or try to change!!

We contacted property button and eventually receive a one line email saying they think the new supplier made a mistake! But the new supplier couldn't have our details and the first change email was from property button!

This is positively fraudulent. And we will be escalating.
