I can honestly say that Megan was brilliant in taking care of my electricity and Gas provider,she couldn't have made it any easier for me,just wish I hadn't already ordered my broadband and left it to Megan to sort out for me,great service 5 stars all day long and many thanks Megan in helping to make my move into my new apartment a whole lot easier

Padraig was very helpful in setting up broadband and electricity for us during a time of hassle which is a moving.

They signed me up to services I never asked for. I was told to use property button by my landlord, and I used it to set up energy and broadband services, but as out building has communal waste facilities, I made sure to NOT sign up for any bin services. So imagine my shock and frustration when two new wheelie bins appeared in front of my building! My landlord was mad at me, and I was furious with this company, who had shared vast amounts of my personal details without my consent, in complete violation of GDPR. Not only that, they incorrectly told me I was not able to get fire broadband, which I would have believed if the previous tenant had not yet disconnected their own fibre connection! And when I finally did sign up for broadband I picked one option, and they signed me up for a completely different option. I have to believe most of these positive reviews are fake because there are just too many for such a small company. It is fishy to me.

I never permitted property button to set up a board gas electricity account I was clear I wanted to contact electric ireland who are my current providers how ever property button did this without my permission and behind my back
