The poor review is simply down to their poor customer service and unreliable delivery.

We ordered £180 of goods on the 19 September which were dispatched on the 30th yet by the 10 October they have still not arrived. With no phone number or WhatsApp chat to raise concerns you have to email them only to wait for ages to get a response.

I can only assume that as more Prepper related businesses come on line to capitalise on the growing demand, they will simply lose out as reliable delivery is a key aspect of their business which at the moment is amateur

Using them for 5 years now. The delivery/stock process kills this experience, a shop that should be epic in range and value. The irony is it's a prepping shop aka preparedness.. so no, I don't think it's reasonable to wait over a month (and counting) for a 1L water bladder. And no, when I order a camp bed I don't expect to chase the company after 20 days, just for them to refund me stating 'stock problems'.. No real apology, no vouchers, no mention of a similar item, just 'take your money back'. The best part is that it's still listed on their website as available!
And don't bother complaining to them or giving constructive criticism. They are a proud family run business and really don't give two shades of *damn* what you say. Or even contemplate the possibility that maybe you ordered a camp bed because you've been sleeping on a cold hard floor for 20days in anticipation of your purchase, and a good night's sleep.
Understand that after 5 years and £thousands spent this is not an exception, it is the absolute rule.
By all means order your product, but do not expect to receive it. Yes, other prepping shops are more expensive, but it's worth it for a professional and working service of operation.

Don't buy from these people, ordered a couple of things on 4th September, keep saying its been dispatched, still haven't received anything, never again!

"Terrible experience — avoid at all costs.

What should have been a straightforward order turned into a nightmare. It took well over a month for my items to arrive. When I tried to get updates or assistance, customer service were completely unhelpful — every single response was just 'it’s coming from our European unit' — passing the buck every time. I had to chase and push repeatedly just to get anyone to reply to me at all.

I strongly suspect they don’t actually hold the stock themselves and only order it in once they receive your order — and in my opinion, that’s exactly what happened here. That’s totally unacceptable. If that’s how they operate, they should be upfront and advertise that clearly at the point of purchase. I honestly believe this is the main reason their orders are so late.

It makes no sense: I can order from the United States and get my delivery in a week to 10 days. If they can’t manage reasonable delivery times from Europe, that’s their problem — not mine. It’s certainly not what I expect from a company that claims to be a trusted prepping supplier.

Zero accountability, very slow delivery, and poor communication. I won’t be back and I won’t be recommending them to anyone."

Items haven't arrived , one email was answered to say it would be with me that week and surprise surprise nothing arrived , also every email since has been ignored! Absolutely shocking customer service, makes me wonder if they are a legitimate company.

Scam!!! Stole my money

Do not buy from this man. He takes your money and makes you go through your bank to get a refund for an item not delivered

Ordered 29 Aug 2026 (£85.66 via PayPal). Repeated vague delivery timescales and no dispatch. Requested refund 23 & 25 Sept after broken promises of next-day shipping. Told refund would take up to 7 working days – nothing happened until I opened a PayPal dispute. Refund finally confirmed 7 Oct.
Goods never arrived and communication was poor. Use strong buyer protection if ordering here.

I placed the order (and paid) on the 1st April 2026 and still not received the goods. I have been promised a refund and not received that either. I would like a swift resolution. I am very dissatisfied and cannot recommend this company.

Delivery took over two weeks, poor tracking information

Ordered ammo boxes, 50 lbs crossbow pistols, crossbow wax and bolts. The promised 2 week shipping window closes, order doesn't get updated. Month in ask for status update via email. The store claims it will take a bit longer for the crossbows to arrive. Not great not terrible.
Nothing happens, until 2,5 months in the website's order tracking changes status to 'on its way'. Totally ridiculous, the bows miss the summer season completely, but at least I'm finally getting them!
Two weeks go by, no incoming parcel notification, but surprisingly enough an unprompted status update email from the store. I wish I got those earlier too! The store informs me, that they have the crossbows and the bolts now, but the wax and the ammo boxes are now in turn out of stock and need to be refunded! Funny enough the webstore suggests the items ARE still in stock.
I've waited three months, and I can now receive HALF of my order (who knows when even those would've actually arrived), which was officially supposed to be in shipment already!
But that's not all, since the betrayal knows no bounds. The store says they have originally miscalculated the shipping costs: I would need to pay 11,05 € extra, if I still wanted the crossbows and bolts. I guess that's somehow my fault?
Finally confront the company about its behavior in response to the email, list all of the issues I've experienced, demand it to drop the extra postage fee and pay a moderate compensation of 20 € on top of the other returns for wasting my time and causing unnecessary frustration with their incompetence. The big man Lincoln himself replies with a snarky comment, cancels and refunds the entire order. I guess I got lucky they didn't try to steal my money like with some other cases.

It's a miracle this business is still around, one would imagine disrespecting the customers would eventually lead to bankruptcy. Don't even consider!

Excellent quality product and very good and quick delivery

Ordered... waited longer than the stated delivery time, contacted them, nothing.
Same as everyone else has said, they don't hold any stock, but are happy to take money.
Refunded via PayPal immidiately as known scammers

Three weeks delivery with minimal responses to enquiry.
2 menus provided as per description but it was 4 vegetarian pasta and 10 Fish Paella. No actual meat and this wasn't a non-meat selection.
All the same packs of of vanilla biscuits.
The image used is totally misleading.

Don't hold stock that they sell.
Will take your money but will not respond to e-mails other than automated Bot response which is clearly designed to deter and put you off for another fortnight.

PayPal refund was immediate as Shop is recognized by PayPal to be HIGH RISK for buyers.

Poor service. Recommend you look elsewhere.
I had a deadline (which I made them aware of after waiting a week for info on delivery date) and it took 18 days for them to deliver. Unfortunately, this was 4 days after the deadline and despite cancelling the order BEFORE it was posted out.
They only have email contact and do not respond quickly, so that is bad customer service.
Luckily, I can use the equipment as part of an upcoming contract, but definitely will not use Preppers as the supplier. With further orders in the pipeline, this could have been good business for them.
A case of poor service kills repeat customers business.
I suspect they do not hold all items as stock and are subject to the delivery times from third parties.
If you do use them I hope you get better service than I did.

Not very good communication, took a month for 1 half of the parcel to arrive and still waiting for the 2nd part still, emailed countless of times with just an automated response or half hearted awnser, no Telephone number to call the company either
