Hello, I can’t really give you any feedback yet because I haven’t received what I’ve ordered and it’s been over a month now. I just wondered if you knew what was happening thank you.

Do not trust, I was lucky to order using PayPal as my order never arrived, they fobbed me off of three months and then ignored me. I appealed to PayPal and got a refund! Save the hassle and buy from a trusted company!

As others have said, this company is beyond terrible when it comes to shipping. After almost three weeks of waiting and being assured my order was on time to be delivered, it didn’t arrived and in the end I cancelled the order. Their one and only saving grace ( for me at least) was their prompt refund. Take my advice and steer clear.

My go to for anything a need. A vast range available and any issues are dealt with promptly. I also think they are good on price as well.

A superbly interesting mix of products, reasonably priced with an excellent back office (I’ve never seen such a fine back office 😂). Great customer service, hmm well, excellent, and price points that reduce the moths in my wallet to tears as I enthusiastically pay for what I order. Deliveries however could do with a tweak.

Ordered 29th Oct. 2 items.
Confirmed sent 9th Oct.
Chased for review 16th Oct.
Now 20th zOct, still hasnt arrived.

I waited over 6 weeks to receive a box full of mainly fish paella. Not what i wanted.

Made two orders with this company, so far I have only received one and currently not getting any response regarding the other order. I have asked when I might receive the missing order with no response.
I have now asked for a refund and am awaiting a response. Overall a poor experience as the order I received took six weeks to be delivered. Sorry to say it but I cannot recommend this company.

The item I bought was Preppers MEGA Bundle Set for £30 which was several items short of what was suggested on the website. In addition the value of the individual items I did receive was also short of the supposed 'value' of £100. Despite several emails their customer service would only say that the photos and listing of item were only an 'example' of what might be in the bundle as every bundle was different

I ordered a crossbow and 2 packs of bolts over 2 weeks ago on the 4th of october the expected shipping time is 10 days to 14 days it has been over 14 days and my order status has not changed.
This seems to be a theme with this company from what i can see in the reviews and from my own experience

Goods not delivered after five weeks. Emails say goods shipped but no tracking info.
Do not order from these people

Bought a crossbow 13 days ago communication and service is very poor no updates on anything unless you actually reach out to find out they just say everything is being processed and wait applied for refund just received it even though they say the item has been despatched don't think so why refund if item has been despatched

I bought quite a few things from Preppers . Excellent quality . Had to wait a few weeks but I understand the kit comes from a 3rd party .
I would shop here again .

Absolute con. They advertised to sell a bundle of stuff (via a list, pictures and video) and what was sent was either damaged, duplicated or missing. When I asked the to make it right they claimed they could leave out items because they reserved the right to 'vary' the contents of the bundle. I said that they should stand by what they advertised and they refused to send anything either as a replacement or to make up for what they didn't send. This is on top of having to wait weeks for them to send previously bought items. Avoid like the plague.

Would have been nice if the blade's didn't require sharpening. I expect a better edge but both needed detailing.

Ive downgraded my 2 star review. I gave 2 stars because one parcel had arrived.
I finally received refunds for all the others but received a curt email after replies from a bot which pointed out that everytime I emailed I "went to the bottom of the pile so replies would take longer."
My first email was asking where my order was . They finally admitted that the order was taken when item wasn't in stock and was unlikely to ever be in stock, it was asking me if I wanted a credit note. My second was to reply to this as requested and that was their lofty response.
When I raised a fraud case, they were a lot faster to read and reply and I was refunded.
Their immature attitude reflects their business practice, both of which are poor.

It seems to take a while to receive my orders, have only received one of two orders so far & there doesn't seem to be any tracking available.

Very good quality items at bargain prices. Fast delivery. Will definitely buy from Preppers Shop again.

Even though there were delivery issues with the my item takling over a week to get to me (my issue as i didnt check the auto fill) I still got it. The team were very patient with me and responded to my mails quickly. Good service.
