Have placed previous orders with UK prepping shop and all was Great.. That is until my last order, placed on 23 November 2025.. The order was over £100.i received a confirmation of the order, but since that, ZERO communication. I've sent an email with ZERO response and have tried calling, using their phone number ;it's a dead line. The website says TECHNICAL ERROR, however it has all the appearance of being closed ;receivership possibly? Leaving ZERO guidance on refunds and Zero transparent communication, levels only one option, return of money from card or provider used. So sad, as this company was so great! Wonder what happened??

If its just a simple case of backlogs.. Why no communication? If there are issues that are being dealt with and I'm offered an explanation and assurance that my order will be sent, I will of course update and change my review.

The fact that this company were still taking orders well into December when Justin (The owner) KNEW he was winding the business up is disgusting.

Then to go online / Google reviews and call your customers crazy, who were rightly complaining about late back orders (That you knew you had no intention of fulfilling) This proves that you have no moral code what so ever.

You shouldn't be allowed to set up as a company director ever again as you've blatantly stolen people's hard earned money when they probably need it most. Mine was a small amount and I got it back via PayPal, but others will probably struggle. That's out and out unscrupulous practices by your business, and you ought to be ashamed of yourself.

I paid over £800 for goods on 21 November 2025. Order confirmed but no delivery, no communication, no apology. I can see as per below on Companies House Mr Justin Jones is looking to strike the company off. Thankfully I paid by credit card and they will now be dealing.

From 8th December the CEO of this company filed for the company to be dissolved. From the 16th the 1st Gazette was issued and 60 days from this day the company will be no more.

I advise all creditors to send formal objections to companies house so the CEO is forced to keep the company open.

If anyone is owed more than £750 serve a statutory demand & petition for compulsory liquidation

I was lucky for Paypal to rule a claim in my favour but I suspect my claim will not refunded because there is likely nothing in Leisure Life Ltd's Paypal.

To stop the CEO getting away with his frauds we must all make submissions.

Dont let him get away with it.

Dissolution "has been suspended until the 8th July 2026".

From here on Creditors that have not been refunded need to petition for a compulsory liquidation & a investigation into the CEO's conduct.

I managed to get a refund from Paypal, which means Paypal will now be chasing the CEO.

If the CEO refuses to refund before liquidation just keep sending evidence to extend the 2nd Gazette period & keep him permanently locked in limbo until he's forced to return all the money back from this bad practice.

On a personal note: If the CEO wishes to do me for Slander/Libel the CEO is welcome to send me a court summons.

Ordered crossbow mid November. Sent proof of age. No product delivered. No reply to emails or phone calls. Lodged complaint against them with PayPal.

Another attempt to purchase PPE. Another epic disappointment. Ordered some Respirator filters for a job after being let down by another site. No dispatch notice despite boasts of 24hr dispatch. No reply to emails. Calls not answered. Can only assume I have been ROBBED. Apparently every "preppering" site in the UK is set up to Rob rich folks building bunkers. I just need some filters to do some asbestos removal but it's taken 3 months, 3 orders from different sites but still no filters. These people are clowns. Claim to be "prepping" but in reality are so incompetent they can't run a simple mail order service. I will be contacting Trading Standards imminently to report fraudulent practice.

Placed an order with UK Prepping shop, payment accepted. Recieved no conformation that the order was being dealt with. Tried numerous times by phone & email to chase up the order. All communications were ignored. It would appear UKPrepping are happy to defraud their customers. You have been warned. Also noted some of the pages on their website for returns, & complaints conveniently don't work. They appear to be operating a scam.

Don’t buy from here just go to a different website not worth the hassle paid for next day delivery to only get an order processed email and no dispatched one tried to get in contact through email and phone over the span of 2 days with no reply at all leaving me to dispute it with the bank clearly an incompetent business steer clear

I purchased an age restricted item on back order on Friday the 21/11 and sent my I. D the same day. Rang on Monday to confirm they had received my I. D and Justin confirmed that they had. I was told that it would be despatched the same day. By Wednesday I had no item or communication so I emailed Justin. I had no reply so rang and left a txtl on Friday. Monday I had not received a reply so I rang and spoke to Justin who confirmed the order should have been sent and he would speak to the warehouse. Wednesday the item arrived in good order. Moral of the story is be patient, they are a family ran business who receive a lot of orders and are very busy especially at this time of year. I found Justin (when you can get hold of him) to be polite and helpful.

Now 3 weeks on, no crossbow and no refund! The insults lol, just keep coming. The little thief insults everyone that complains, that they haven’t received what they ordered!? The comedian states “ I ordered a crossbow that was out of stock” yet you can’t pay for an item from his “little shop”……if it’s out of stock!
When will you return my money Thief? Also look at the reviews for EUpreppingshop ……. Same small time thief?

Just got my refund back from my banks fraud team, took over one month.
This guy is a complete scammer.
I shouldve checked here before ordering.
Guy didnt respond to emails / txts / phone calls. But happy to take my cash and ignore refund requests. But i can see he is happy to reply to negative comments on here, calling people weirdos.
Those recent 5star reviews look fake.
All the guy had to do was to give a refund on product supposedly in stock, but wasnt.
Stay well clear.

Ordered some ration packs and camping gear - Spoke to Justin about the order on the phone and he gave me an expected delivery date -I understand from previous comments he is a small family run business so i didn't bombard him with messages, The items came when he promised and think they are really good value for money - wont hesitate to use in the future and would highly recommend.

My go to all in one preparedness store. I won't shop anywhere else and neither should you! Justin knows what he's talking about, only sells quality products and is always cheaper than his competitors.

I've purchased from this shop a few times, it's always been fine. Quality items, quick post, good price. Perfect.

The rx adder 7 shot cane perfect and so did my key 🔑 🤫 and I even got a gift a little camping foldable stove simple but great cause I was actually gona grab some new ones for my prepping back pack.

Let's get to the xr cobra we'll it comes in a box that you could fit size 13 shoes in its so well packaged its insane and you can put it together in minutes.

One thing I would say and this is not Justin's fault this is the makers fault its very rattly and and clunky feels a little flimsy the gripper handle at front feel like it would snap very easy
Trying to zero the adder is a nightmare due to the hight of the magazine and the bolts for it are 30 quid a pack you need about 2 packs to get the zero spot on. The pickatili rail is very un stable it moves a little in its position and there are no screws to set it right or ability to do this

I wouldn't rely on this magazine either first shot the spring popped out it tends to load 2 bolts at a time usually on the last 2 bolts I think you gey good ones and bad ones from the place they are made and I got the clunky one I just don't feel I can rely on personally. There is to much hype regarding this I feel I will be buying new parts constantly for it tbh this is no way Justin's fault its the makers fault for sending Justin a rather rough rugged one as if it had been used before or something but clearly not just a factory error I guess

I think I will buy another just to test this out as I wana give it another chance just do not trust this one at all its best described/discretion would be clumsy and clunky.

Par that the service I gor was great Justin has a great shop for preppers like myself and any others and I will be buying more stuff very soon the above info on the adder has no reflection on UK prepping shop let's make this clear. Justin also has a great YouTube channel with podcasts and as soon as you start to watch them you cannot stop this gentleman Justin knows his stuff.

Will I be back 1000% its great service and products all round the bolts for it are great the key is great I can confirm it does unlock uk and many more cufflinks hint hint.

Found they had something I wanted cheaper than anybody else so, came here and read the reviews. Which does not do these guys justice.

Got an acknowledgment email from sending my ID & was with me within 2 days.

This company is a total rip off and won’t send your goods. Keep saying they will refund me but they never did. When I messaged them saying I would claim my money back from the bank and post negative reviews he proceeded to abuse me and even phoned me stating he knew where I lived.
