I was considering changing from Quarterly Direct Debit Billing to Monthly and rang PowerNI for advice. The Customer Service Agent provided excellent service - explaining clearly and in detail PowerNI’s Monthly Direct Debit billing. He also explained that I would get a bigger discount for changing to Monthly Direct Debit. I felt that he was precise in his explanation - No Fudging! I felt valued as a customer and Agent having allowed me time to make up my mind changed my billing to Monthly Direct Debit.
This interaction with PowerNI made me glad that I am with the only Energy Supply Company in NI regulated by the Government!
Always best to have things done right and have no regrets!

BT have provided an excellent broadband and TV service for my home. The installation was straightforward, the engineer was punctual and polite, and everything worked perfectly from day one. Speeds have been consistently fast and reliable, even with multiple devices streaming and using the internet at the same time. The TV package offers a great choice of channels and apps, with clear picture quality and easy-to-use equipment. On the rare occasions I’ve needed support, customer service has been helpful and issues were resolved quickly. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend BT for broadband and TV.
