I have bought several lights from this company although this was the first time by mail order. As usual the item was good quality and represents amazing value. Was very well packaged as well. Very happy customer.

After purchasing 2 bedside lights we had problems with blowing fuses. Contacted Poole Lighting and explained the problem they put 2lights on test for us and asked for the faulty lights to be returned.
The tested lights were shipped to us with no shipping cost.
The new lights are working well.

Excellent company.. tried for years to get spare crystals from John Lewis and they've never been helpful. A review on John Lewis website said to try Poole Lighting which I did and an email later they sent me links to the spare parts I needed and they're now happily hanging from the light.

We bought an Edinburgh floor lamp which is really nice in brass colour. As we were putting it together one of the glass lamp shades broke. Luckily enough you can order spares on the website which we did & they arrived very quickly & well packaged. Very pleased with the service.

I was trying to match an out of stock John Lewis light, and by online photo, this was the closest looking match I could find. I took a punt, as there was only one left in stock. When my light arrived, I was delighted and surprised to find it actually was the branded John Lewis light I had wanted, despite this not being mentioned in the product description. I got it much cheaper from Poole Lighting than from John Lewis, and it was in perfect condition. One very happy customer here. Thank you so much. Fast delivery too, and product well packed.

Turns out my website contact message didn't land in their In Box as i hadn't confirmed I wasn't a robot. I agree with this as I didn't receive my copy either. Poole have since agreed with my comments regarding providing more information such as dimensions on certain shades and I have the good quality products I needed so thank you to Ricky Nash at Poole Lighting for resolving this minor issue so promptly

Arrived safely and quickly. But I was unhappy having to pay for next day delivery when I didn't ask for it or needed it and wad ps told that I couldnt change it.
