Great experience
fabulous smart dealership I've bought a few Audi's in the past great cars, I recently bought an A3 needed something suitable to my new needs. I worked with a salesman Claudio very knowledgeable and helpful listening to my requirements for my new car explained the extras and the cars available met my expectations and exceeded them. Service department is easy to arrange a service or MOT never had a problem. overall everyone is helpful and a great assest to the brand.

Recommend Poole Audi wholeheartedly. We had recently visited Audi Bath with the view of buying a Q5. Disastrous visit, they were totally awful and we walked away without purchasing.
Joe at Audi Poole, was informative, non pushy (which for us is definitely a no no for us) friendly and professional. Explained everything thoroughly, in a non rushed way. Very happy with our S3 and the part exchange involved. We will return at some point and hope Joe will be there, as we will definitely ask for his help and assistance again.

As a family we have bought all of our cars from Poole Audi for a number of years. The levels of service both pre and post sale are second to none. Only had a slow puncture in my Q2 but…
Only had a slow puncture in my Q2 but phoned first thing in morning, bring car in ASAP and I was treated like royalty. Complimentary taxi home and back later that day to collect the car as I didn’t have a scheduled appointment or anyone to give me a lift. Coffee and biscuits in abundance. On collecting my car it had been valeted, a nail removed from offending tyre and only a repair needed - Total bill £25! A M A Z I N G service by the Poole Audi team thank you!
