Absolute joke of a company, DO NOT USE!!!
Quick enough to take your money and orders but not refuse to answer any of your emails/chats about why it's still not received 3 weeks later and no update either! They have suspended their phone lines so you cant even call and speak to someone anymore. And they now have a minimum order of £100 which is going to leave alot more people out of pocket a lot of money!!!

Ordered weeks ago, still haven't arrived, cant afford to buy more skirting boards, no replying to my emails and chat.

Order No 38472 placed 13th june 2020 and still not arrived, they do not answer phones or emails.
Total waste of time all you had to do was communicate and give a reason why you have not delivered the product. Next week i will pursue a charge back with my bank. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE YOU AND ILL ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO STAY CLEAR.

Like so many others it would seem I placed an order on 21st of may and was told delivery would be week commencing 1st June still no sign of my order or even an explainatory response to any of the 12 and counting e-mails I have sent, or numerous phone messages I have left. It's now 25th of June and despite them supposedly using all their rescources to clear the existing orders like mine, still no news.
If they can't supply they should not accept the order!
They have also ignored my request to cancel and refund me. I have never come across a worse company. DO NOT USE THEM

Ordered soffit boards on 20 May knowing they were coming out of coronavirus lock-down and dealing with orders on 21 May. Waited 2 weeks with no response and emailed them only to receive an automated reply telling me how hard they were working to deal with orders and not to ring the sales line to chase up. Further emails received a similar response.

On 15 June, received an email saying that they were trying to get these delivered from a local supplier, who knew nothing about it when I emailed them. Now no response to many emails asking for an update on my order.

Update:

Goods delivered by local supplier Eurocell on 8 July, almost 7 weeks after I ordered and when I was just about to claim a charge-back from my credit card company. Building Plastics Online said that they ordered from them on 28 May but that company failed to deliver. However, it doesn't excuse the fact that it took them nearly 6 weeks to find out what had happened to my order despite all of my emails chasing it up, to which I didn't get a reply.

Item was dispatched on the 9th June and has not received. Tried to call them and they do not have any staff answering, thats understandable with the covid 19 issue. E-mailed them twice and no reply.

The 1st time I ordered from them I was happy, but the 2nd time I have will be the last aswell

Absolute joke, been waiting over 8 weeks for my delivery, have had every single email ignored and every single phone call never made it through. My order has been awaiting dispatch for 8 weeks. Absolute scammers !!!!!!

18th May - Order 30479 placed.
4th June - Enquired about delivery and told next day being 5th. I asked to add to order and that was no problem and could be delivered 5th too
5th June - no delivery
8th June - told shortage and delivery now 12th June
12th June only original part of order delivered - depot never received line for additional items
I have phoned, no-one ever answers let alone answer my message; I have emailed with no response; I have messaged online and again no response. This despite them claiming to be working over the weekend to clear backlogs.
15 June - I have left a voice message to cancel the balance of the order and claim a refund
Their website is good; prices are good; service is non-existent

Do not order from this company I received faulty goods and they refuse to collect them or issue me with a refund because I never signed for them as damaged, so I would say they are conmen sending out damaged materials and ripping off unsuspecting customers

The delivery was arranged for Tuesday but nothing turned up, so checked the reviews and thought I have made a mistake by placing an order through this company. The items were delivered on Wednesday morning as described. I had a fairy good experience purchasing from them.

The URL associated with this company is not theirs. If you bought from https:// www.plasticbuildingsupplies. com/ then do not be concerned. Seems as though there is a scam company out there. Anyway I bought from https:// www.plasticbuildingsupplies .com/ and they delivered on time, nothing missing for a great price. This review is for them.

Do not use this company, they are crooks. This is being pursued with the Court.

Disorganised unhelpful guys on phone gave me 2 fake delivery dates then said they couldnt give me a date as they couldnt get hold of guy in warehouse??? I asked if they could try getting hold of them to which i was told " i suppose i could try calling them"!!! No communication, i had to do all the calling and chasing. Sent director an email 2 weeks ago of my experience rather than just leaving a bad review... no response, he doesn't care. Not just worst internet experience but worst and most stressful purchasing experience of my life. Avoid this "company" at all costs.

Order placed but not delivered. No response via email or phone. Fortunately I made payment by PayPal. So I have a full refund. Looks like the website is no longer operational.

After being told on 4 different occasions that my order would 'defiantly' turn up, I gave up any hope.
They do not answer phones or email.
If you buy with these people, expect that your money is gone and that you will not receive anything.
Watch out, as im sure that after they cant trade under this company name they will just open another one and do the same thing.

Was messed around with delivery being told it was out that day which was obviously a no show. Said they would ring the driver to ring me so asked for the drivers number and was told he was on the phone (telepathic these are too!). Decided to cancel and claim a refund. They were messing me about with this and not returning emails until I realised I had paid through PayPal. Logged a call with them and they are dealing with it and quicker than leaving it with this company! Absolute joke of a company and I am surprised they are still able to trade as they dont deliver people's orders and communication is awful. Dont even deserve 1 star!

My neighbour ordered several hundred pounds worth of cladding for a joint project. Needless to say it didnt turn up and was told they were waiting for the product to come in. After several weeks, the order was cancelled and they have failed to refund the money after almost 3 months. We will be taking them to a small claims court but who knows how that will pan out

Not impressed at all. Placed an order early in January, I was told that one of the items may be delayed due to local availability. Since then I've rang no less than 6 times to chase this order up to be told they'll look into and ring me back and so far not once have I had a return call. Appalling customer service. If your struggling with something, pick the phone up, bite the bullet and tell the customer. Edit* This is definitely the company we were dealing with under company name ADL ltd. We cancelled the order and requested a refund shortly after this review. We are still waiting for said refund.

As with many other reviews.
Said 3 days delivery, and I gave up after 2 weeks and asked for a refund.
1 week later, still no refund.
