Great service
This company was highly recommended by our travel agents. We have used them before and it was great to know that the same lady (Chloe) picked up our information and provided the necessary assistance. We can certainly highly recommend them to anyone needed a good service and a more bespoke insurance product

Having expected a long drawn out phone…
Having expected a long drawn out phone conversation to set up insurance for a 4 day holiday on behalf of my daughter, I had a nice surprise. The questions were short and to the point and did not require detailed answers at all. I have yet to receive the documents in the post as promised however but that is probably the fault of the post.

I only gave them 3 stars as the first person I spoke to was very helpful getting me the travel insurance I needed but said she couldn’t help me with setting up my account in the internet phoned later to have my information posted spoke to a gentleman that spent ages with me and helped me get online I’m 78 and not a whizz on the internet so occasionally need a little help

Easy to buy who knows if it will pay out
Very easy to deal with on the phone to buy the insurance and very understanding of my needs. But I have never had to claim yet so who knows?
