Item arrived with a damaged box, raised an issue with the company but no response. Luckily item wasn't damaged as I assume I'd get no response to that either. Best avoided

I don't know where the other reviews have come from but this is not legit.
I paid over £70 for an advent calendar back in November. Not only has it failed to materialise, but I have had no response to my emails either.
If you are reading this - CONTACT ME PLEASE OR I WILL REPORT YOU TO TRADING STANDARDS.

My first experience with them was amazing, I received the email but not updated with my orders, I sent them a email and Jenny and Gemma was amazing, they replied all my email and answered all my questions with a kind and very good response. I few products arrived and amazing service. Thank you so much I really appreciate it and I will order again for sure. 😊❤️

I ordered a personalised water bottle as a Christmas present. Bottle is really nice and I'm really happy with it - especially given the price. I would say it's great value for money. When I contacted customer service they answered my enquiry within an hour.

These are con artists. Order confirmation email was not sent despite me asking for it. The emails they have sent haven't answered my questions. Order arrived but damaged. Can't fill in their 'damaged goods' form cos I don't have a friggin' order number!! Just do yourself a favour & shop elsewhere

I received my personalised mugs within a few days, packaged very well so no risk of damage in transit, good quality, happy with print on mugs and confident my parents will be happy with them too thank you

I ordered a personalised gift for my best friend's Christmas gift, the boxed pen and pencil set arrived really quickly and it is super, thank you kindly, I have no hesitation in recommending your company to others and will certainly return to make future purchases myself.

Ordered a personalised book, fly sheet is the personalised part, ordered as close of business, realised when I screenshot the order I had a mistake. Customer contact form wasnt working, so found email & messenger, left URGENT message to change. Didnt reply until mid morning next day saying it was my fault and it was too late item was in production, I explained I realised, but tried asap to correct. But your company would have none of it, bearing in mind it probably costs minimal amount to reprint... and in times when we all need to look after our pennies I have just thrown £20 away and you havent tried in anyway to help. 100% ANGRY

I ordered 3 back packs with recipients name on each. They arrived and i am so pleased with the finished items, and quite sure that the 3 recipients will also be pleased with their gifts. Well done personalised.co.uk. It was my first time using their website and can assure them that it will not be the last.

I ordered a clock. it arrived with damaged paint on the front and a really poor quality finish around the sides, it was not smooth around the edges.
"Gemma" at customer services initially offered a refund but in the weeks following this, I have received no confirmation of when a refund is coming. They do not reply to any of my emails. I wouldn't go anywhere near this company again.

I ordered an item for 7.99 on the 15th of September and paid 8.95 NEXT DAY delivery guaranteed. To everyone’s surprise I still haven’t received this item. I needed it for the 18th for sentimental reasons. No contact number, contact us page says error when submitting the information and countless emails with still no reply. I will continue to write reviews until this has been resolved. I am less than pleased.

I ordered 2 personalised chopping boards and a personalised tape measure in May 2020. I never received an order number when I purchased them. They took 2 payments from me, one from my bank account and one from my PayPal. When I received the items they where damaged and misspelt. I’ve sent 10 emails directly to the “help” address and 5 to the website “contact us” page and I’ve sent 2 messages on Instagram...still no response! You’ve conned me out of an additional £42 and sent me products that I have been unable to give as gifts. This has gone on for 5 months now and I am no further forward. You are an absolute disgrace as a brand and company. The experience I have received has been nothing short of a disgrace. I will carry on to write reviews until this is resolved.

Ordered a chocolate smash pot for a birthday gift. Arrived quickly, but damaged. The online contact form would not accept my order number. I have sent 3 emails, but no reply. So I have had to order something else from another Company to ensure it gets to me in time. No contact telephone number which does not help.

Excellent service and perfect present for my grandads 80th birthday. Highly recommended. He absolutely loves it!

I bought the smashing cup as a present for my partner's 50th birthday and it arrived timeously and in perfect condition, carefully packaged. Whilst we haven't eaten the product yet as the birthday is coming up, I can honestly say that I'm not expecting any complaints!! Thank you so much x

In fact - they are charlatans and don't give a toss about the customer once they have your money. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Ordered a personalised water bottle on 13th August. Still not received. Its now the 21st. Little boy it is for will have no birthday gift now. Do not use this company.

Update: I called the parent company and spoke to someone who told me the item had been shipped yesterday, despite advice on the website that items would be shipped 2-3 days after placing the order. I also paid for next day delivery but haven't received anything. He put me on hold for a second and then terminated the call. I called again, he answered and cut the call again. Now there is no answer at all. Not impressed with customer service so far.

UPDATE on 24/08/2020:
Still not received the item. That's 11 days now.
