The website is straight forward and easy to use, you have different options available to you. When you read the description it describes exactly what your buying so your never uncertain of what your getting.
This is the first time I've used this site, I had a question contacted a support team who within an hour got back to me, was polite and professional throughout the course of the entire process.
I would personally recommend and would definitely use this company again for future items needed.

Easy to use website with a good choice of products. Ordered two Christmas baubles and had them personalised, as I have done for the last few years as keepsakes for my grandchildren. Really pleased with them, excellent service.

I ordered personalised baubles which have now arrived and I am very pleased with them. Yesterday I chased delivery as they hadn’t arrived, this was dealt with very efficiently by Natasha and I would definitely recommend this company.

Really disappointing company to deal with! Placed my order & when i still hadn't received it a week later I contacted them by email & was told I would receive a reply to my enquiry within 2 working days!! Absolute rubbish ! Needless to say I have never received a response! Shocking lack of customer service! I have now received my order but the quality is fairly poor to be honest! I really don't recommend purchasing from this company!

I have no complaints about this company and would recommend them. Very satisfied with inscription and with speedy delivery. I would like to see a heavier base on the vase but good shape and size for flowers.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered a lot of items and some came either damaged or the personalisation was completely clearly slanted. I sent photos to offer proof that the items were defected however they didn’t care and wouldn’t send me out new items which were as shown on the website or offer me a full refund unless I sent the items back (even though they can’t use them again and it’s completely their fault they are incompetent at doing a good job). They offered a 15% refund which for something that is their mistake is completely unacceptable especially when it’s for my daughter and that wouldn’t then let me get the items from somewhere else in time. Do not order from these people, they do shocking jobs and when it comes to it won’t take any responsibility. Absolutely appalled, especially when I couldn’t have got the exact same items from other places. I can see other people have had similar experiences I wish I read reviews before trusting this company.

Ordered two items from this website on 3rd November. It was for a 1st Holy Communion gift to be took on 13th November. I had to contact company as it hadn't arrived, (2 days before the day) A 'Naomi' did contact me back straightaway, I have to say. My items arrived the DAY BEFORE! BUT!, when I opened them, I was so disappointed!!. The laser or etched writing on the 'Rosary Beads and cross trinket box was an absolute disgrace!. Although they got the message correct, some of the lettering was wider than others, one letter looked like a Greek letter of the alphabet and it was barely legible to read! There was little chip marks all over both items and honestly, the Holy Communion Necklace & box was an absolute joke! I blame myself for not looking at the sizes, the website photos are very misleading! but, it was less than 2 inch by 2 inches in size!!! I had to get a magnifying glass out to read the so called 'Personalization' on the necklace!! it was in a cardboard box and, the other personalization was just printed on a tiny piece of card(which had a little blemish or mark on the piece of card!! MY goodness! Both items were cheap tat, whoever is in charge needs to either, re-calibrate your laser or etching machine, or have some serious words with staff to check the quality control inspection before sending orders out and fully disappointing a customer who is willing to pay for your service & product,( which wasn't that cheap for what actually arrived!) I will not be recommending your website or any products for these reasons.

Disgusted with their service. Never had a despatched email so sent them an email checking when it would be sent. They replied saying it has been delivered, with royal mail tracking showing that it had. But i never received anything, so when i told them this they said they can't do anything and wouldn't help. I told them that Royal Mail says to contact sender, which they then replied saying the production team will get on it and sent by end of week as i needed it by a certain date (i ordered way in advance of this date). I emailed again later in the week to check up on it and they replied saying it hasn't been done yet and will be sent next week. Absolutely disgusted with their attitude and the fact they don't care. Will never use this website again. Stay clear.

Literally ordered yesterday and received it today. After ordering I read reviews on here and really didn't think it was going to come so quickly even with paying for next day delivery, however it has and it's perfect! I had an initial issue with my order confirmation and the personalisation, however I had
a response within a couple hours confirming all was okay. My experience with personalise.co.uk has been excellent and im very pleased.

I ordered a gift for my Dad at the beginning of March and am still waiting for it to arrive. Despite several emails and me sending them evidence that they took the money for my order they are insistent that their is no record of the order and don’t seem genuinely interested in helping me at all. Now I just want my money back and I will certainly never use them again.

My son and girlfriend got engaged on Valentines Day, they are expecting first baby in next 2 weeks, so I thought I'd send them a gift as I'm in Lincolnshire and they are in London - today I'm still awaiting a delivery date, its been a nightmare with updating a wrong address (within minutes of ordering) and just trying to get indication of delivery day. Its completely taken the gesture of the gift away from me and actually seems pointless them receiving it now? They've sent me a Royal Mail tracking number (7 days after ordering) which states its not even been processed by them yet! JOKE 1st/last time of using them :(

This was my first time using personalise.co.uk to order an anniversary gift for my grandparents. The live preview which is available for some items is a real help and the prices are great too! I ordered two personalised flutes which came in a navy blue presentation gift box - looks a lot more expensive than what I paid and it was delivered a lot quicker than expected! I'd happily order from here agin.

I've used this company many times before and find the products and engraving good value and nice quality. Despite the website confirming last week that items with an aeroplane symbol can be sent directly abroad I was unable to place my order for 3 items. I contacted the company via email, 1st person was unhelpful but I emailed again and received an answer back in 24 hrs. The website had then be altered to say overseas deliveries were withdrawn, not exactly helpful when I'd lost time figuring out how I could do this. James at Personalise stepped in confirm directly with the engravers how long my order would take given the delays with restricted working due to lockdown and to get the order posted to me as a priority. Communication was excellent, my order of 3 items arrived today (3 days later ahead of the 5 days anticipated) and is now repackaged on their way to Australia. All the items are really lovely. Thank you James.

Please do not use this company!!! They don’t deserve any customers!! I ordered a calendar just before Christmas before and received it today. All good until I look at the year...2020!!!
As if it wasn’t a bad enough year anyway I certainly don’t want it again!!
Emailed them explaining this and their answer was I didn’t put 2021 in order!! I ordered it 2 days before Christmas not even thinking I would get last years!
Who in their right mind sells an out of date calendar!! I presume they wanted to get rid of
Old stock. Customer service is horrendous, they expect me to pay another £12.99 for another one. Overpriced calendar in the first place. I am so shocked that they actually thought I would want last years! No common sense and so rude!

Ordered for the first time from this company, Ordered three personalised items and was concerned after reading some reviews. My Ordered came in 3 days and I love them.
